The prices are reasonable, the turnaround time is quick and the customer service is exceptional. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly, the repairs are authentic and the prices for repairs are always fair. “Finally, a way to repair a Fitbit! Was super stoked to discover Joes GE, after years of being told by the company that they couldn’t be repaired. Sent my Charge HR 2 to them for a cracked screen, got it back good as new, for 1/3 of the cost of a new model...WITH a screen protector! Great service & communication, fair price...what more can you ask for? Would definitely use Joe’s again if the need arises, and highly recommend them.”
