“I’m so glad I was able to find Joes GE. They were able to repair my Powerbeats 3 in a very timely manner. I think I was without them for 6 or 7 days at the most. I will definitely be using them again if and when my Powerbeats break again. They responded to all questions quickly and kept an open line of communication while processing my order and repairing my headphones.
