“Waited to complete this review to see how this replacement battery functions. First off, it was came very fast. It does have to be soldered in, but online instructions are quite clear as to exactly what to do. After the initial charge, the headphones worked for 9 hours prior to needing a charge. I'm very satisifed with both this purchase and with the seller.”

“After finding out that Apple was going to charge me $130 to fix a pair of Solo 3's that were 1 year 2 months old, I did some digging and came across Joes's. I reached out to Joes and was amazed how quick they returned my message. I explained what I needed and also a few customizing questions. They also were able to put on some new ear pads and headband that were different colors from the original. A week later the Beats were back in my house, working great and I love the way they look. Take some time and watch the video's on the website, they are cool and give insight to the company they are building.”

“I was super disappointed that my uber expensive Dr Dre "beats" were not working. I looked on line and found Joes. Their mailing process was super easy and they were quick to diagnose and offer a quote. Was I happy about spending $60 on fixing my headphones? No.. but it is what it is... they fixed them- and for that I am grateful. Joes was great with their communication - they emailed once they had received my headphones and when they were sending them back to me. I think Joe's did a great job. They were friendly, fast and they took care of the problem. $60 bucks is really not a lot of money... it was just annoying that they broke in the first place. That is not the fault of Joes GE. I can recommend Joes GE without hesitation.”
