“I needed to fix my $300 headphones and when I was quoted $150 for a possible fix from a repair store I said screw that! Joes thankfully had the part I needed and saved me so much money. My headphones work again. I don’t usually write reviews but I am so thankfully they saved me so much money I had to!!”

I shipped it to them, they repaired the watch & shipped it back. It was all transparent, easy to use, and the watch is like new. I love their service & you will too!”

“I was skeptical about using a company that wasn’t local to fix my son’s Beats headphones, but Joe’s made the process very easy. They gave me an estimate for repairs and complete instructions for mailing them the headphones. They contacted me once they received them and again when they were repaired and shipping them back. The price was exactly what they quoted and the headphones came back looking brand new. I would definitely use them again.”
