“They're awesome! I'm not exactly a repair expert, but between Joe's extremely helpful videos and the parts I purchased off the website, I was able to fix an extremely expensive pair of headphones. Package arrived ahead of schedule. I'd definitely order again!”

“Great service, I would definitely use Joe's again. They replaced the battery on my 2 year old Fitbit that wouldn't hold a charge, and now it works like new. I'm sure Google would prefer I landfill my 2 year old device and buy a new one, but why? Joe's flat rate service, ample communication and quick turnaround were a winner for me.”
