“My daughter literally broke her headphones and she thought her only option was to throw them in the trash. Why wouldn't she. The device dangled when she tried to use it and couldn't stay on her head. I found Joe's online, watched their YouTUbe video and I was sold. The nice thing is their video shows you how to do the repairs yourself. Given the difficulty involve with the break my daughter had, I sent it to them to repair and what I received was a device that looked and sounded as good as it did when it was purchased. Thank you Joe's”

“Fairly easy process for shipping, glad they have FitBit repairs, that's rare to find.... but, I wish they would've warned me that my formerly water-resistant band was no longer water-resistant. ANNNND they don't cover water damage post repair.... So I basically flushed $70 down the toilet. The husband thought his iPad repair was nice but expensive.... probably should have done a refurbished screen instead of a new one.”
