Team at Joes GE did exactly what they said they would do on a repair job, both price and work. They kept me up to date and it was clear when I had a choice to continue with the repair or not at the quoted price. The only issue I had was minor, I had to add a small amount of postage on their prepaid postage to send the item for repair as it weighed a fraction of an ounce more than they had figured. They made up for it with efficiency and the friendly way they communicate.

Thank you, Joes I sent my Dr. Dre Beats for I thought was a repair needed. But Joes checked them out and informed me that nothing was wrong with my beats. So they quickly sent them right back to me with a 0.00 cost to me. Very honest!

I am from Brooklyn ny my 14 year old son dropped his month old beats headphones that I paid almost 400 dollars for and no one over here can repair it so I went online and found joes ge and I can’t tell you helpful each and everyone of them were from start to finish they are great any repairs in the future I will definitely send to them thanks again guys

The service was fantastic! Very easy and I was kept in the loop during the entire process. However, the battery replaced on my Fitbit barely lasts a day. The previous battery, when new, would last up to 5 days without charging. Not sure if the new one is a completely different brand but I was hoping for an equally powerful replacement.
