“Awesome experience from start to finish. Very pleased with the results. I was kept informed as to the status of the repairs throughout the entire process. Everything was handled expeditiously from the repair estimate to the shipping process. Best of all my FitBit Charge 2 worked like new when I hot it back. “When I wasn't able to repair my Beats 3 headphones myself, I was ready to scrap them, even though I knew it was probably a fairly minor wiring problem. Joes GE came though as promised, phones are back, good as new. And considering the cost of two-way shipping, the price was quite reasonable--much less than the cost of a new headset.”

“This was great experience, my ionic stopped working and when I contacted Fitbit they asked me to buy a new device with 25% discount, which was still 200$, Joe's fixed it for 100$ in a day after they received my device, took a total of 2 weeks in total for the package to be sent to them and to receive the fixed device”

“Jose GE did an excellent job analyzing my fitbit and got it fixed and back to me within 1 week full turnaround time. I was particularly impressed by the way the took my problem description and got it into their system, send me a free mailing label for easy shipping and took me step by step through their process. I only has to approve those repairs I wanted and my fitbit is as good as new. I'd certainly use their service again and I highly recommend them to other fitbit users.”
