“I had a broken beats studio 3 left ear piece, I came upon this repair service using google search, at first I was hesitant sending out my $350.00 head phones to someone I found on a search but I couldn't fix them and I was thinking of just replacing them so I took a chance. The whole procedure went just as they explained on there site, they emailed me when they received them, gave me an estimate and did the repairs just as they stated., when it was time to send them back they offered to replace the padding on both sides which I new would be needed soon so I agreed, they only charged me $15.00 more than the original estimate which I thought was a great deal..so I paid somewhere around $110.00 which included shipping and tax and my head phones are as good as new. I'm not sure how I cracked the plastic piece that holds the earpiece, I think mowing my lawn I hit a tree branch and it cracked but it is now just like new.. This company is great.”

“Absolutely the best! Not only did they repair my Bose QC30 headset on time, they kept in communication throughout the entire process. Companies don't do that anymore. USPS was extremely late with delivery (as usual) and Joe's opened up 2 tickets on my behalf. They even offered to replace my headset because we all thought it was lost in the mail! These guys are the best and highly recommend for electronic repair service!”
