“They have quick service and tutorials on how to fix your electronics at home for way cheaper than companies like Apple. I personally fixed my Beats headphones using their tutorials and they made it quick and easy to follow.”

“They’ve got headphone repair down! My wife bought me Beats Studio headphones for Christmas six years ago which I use daily for work. Over the course of that time, Joes has repaired them three times (broken charge port once, broken headband twice.) Why replace something that still works? Just fix it. Great service.”

“My Garmin Approach S4 (golf watch) wouldn't hold a charge for a full 18. I was in need of a new battery for the watch. Lo and behold, Garmin no longer supports the watch. As far as they were concerned, it was time for me to buy a new watch. I stewed for a few days and then I found Joe's. It was easy to do business with them. They emailed me a prepaid label and off it went. They even emailed and texted me to let me know when the watch arrived at their shop. The turnaround time was quick. They communicated well throughout the process. The watch arrived yesterday and I'll be golfing on Sunday. I'll use Joe's again when the need arises. Joe's got the job done with no BS. 5 Stars for Joe's.”
