Thank you so much for changing my life again and saving me hundred of dollars. Not only was I able to get my beats fixed after the band cracked but I was able to fix my IPad after thinking I had to buy another one. This place is professional and responsive for your needs. I'm super pleased with Joe's! The battery on my fitbit Charge 2 was no longer holding a charge after something like 3 or 4 years. I'm trying to reduce my waste footprint and didn't want to just toss it and get a new one. I found Joe's online (i'm honestly not sure exactly how haha) and the price point was much better to solve the battery issue rather than buying a new one, and I feel good about supporting a small business rather than a big corporation. I also loved that I received texts and emails keeping updated on the fitbit while it was in transit, and that ability to communicate directly with the repair person, who explained to me what needed to be fixed. Will definitely use Joe's again!

I was amazed that Joe’s GE would repair my Fitbit Versa watch. I couldn’t find any alternative repair depot anywhere on the internet. Even Fitbit doesn’t offer a way to have their products repaired if it isn’t under warranty, they don’t want to know about a failed product. Enter Joe’s GE. They give you a general idea of what it will cost, based upon what is wrong with your electronics; they pay for shipping to their shop, and give you a fixed repair price within days-even during Covid-19! They turned it around quickly, and the cost was actually less than they quoted! If you can do it yourself, they will even sell you the parts! How unique is that? Based upon the results of my Fitbit Versa battery replacement, I highly recommend Joe’s GE.

Best decision I made to send my Beats headphones to Joe's. Communication was stellar throughout the process -- they informed me when it was received, when they gave me a quote when they figured out what was wrong, when it was on it's way back to me.
