“These guys were much better than expected. Getting my device to and from them was easy and seamless. I was kept informed at each step and they promptly answered all my questions. The repair was quickly done and done right the first time. Charges were reasonable and less than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.”

“My daughter literally broke her headphones and she thought her only option was to throw them in the trash. Why wouldn't she. The device dangled when she tried to use it and couldn't stay on her head. I found Joe's online, watched their YouTUbe video and I was sold. The nice thing is their video shows you how to do the repairs yourself. Given the difficulty involve with the break my daughter had, I sent it to them to repair and what I received was a device that looked and sounded as good as it did when it was purchased.
