“Honest repair / could have replaced more parts but didn’t Told me what was wrong and how to avoid the problem. Packing was made to protect the Fitbit WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM”

“Very quick turnaround on a battery replacement for my Fitbit Surge. My device now charges up and holds a charge. However, I'm disappointed with the battery life. I'm getting less than 48 hours, wearing the watch 24 hours a day. Probably not an issue with the new battery but rather just the nature of this particular model of Fitbit. In any case, Joe's did a great job at a fair price.”

“My sons Beats studio 2 stop charging and I thought I was out the headphones. After looking for a repair option other than manufacture I found Joes!!! They are spot on!! Excellent communication and I mean they text you and email and answer back fast!! The price was well worth it!! Don’t waste anymore time send you phones in so you can have them working tip top again!!”

“Tried a "do-it-myself" approach first - THAT was a mistake!!! Then went to Joe's - so glad I did!! Great service - excellent communication all along the way; item repaired, returned in speedy time; hope I don't have to use again (hope for no more malfunctioning equipment) ... but if I have a repair need, will go to Joe's in a heartbeat! “Surprising to find a shop that can actually repair something for less than the price of a new one. My Bose headphones were a snack for a puppy, and before I knew it one earpiece was ruined, but everything else looked good. Joe's GE made it good as new. Turn around time was acceptable and the price was very good too.”
