“Joes GE fixed the battery terminal on my expensive Beats noise-canceling headphones for a very reasonable price. After trying unsuccessfully to find someone locally to fix them, I decided to do a search online. I was nervous to send them across the country, but the positive reviews convinced me. I was also reassured by their excellent communication--from my initial call to ask them questions to all their follow-up emails at every step of the process--receiving the initial order form, then the headphones, letting me know the repair was finished and the cost, that they had shipped, and then were delivered. The service was fast too. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever need another repair.”
