“Very pleased with the service I recieved! My husband was very surprised when i told him his beats headphones were fixed. We almost threw them away when they weren't working but i found Joes GE and gave it a shot, and they fixed them for a very reasonable price! I love that they pay for the shipping for your item and had a quick turn around. They were also very good at communicating with me and answering my questions via email. I highly recommend! Thanks for our "new" headphones!”

“I was hesitant to send my headphones out. I read the reviews, so I took a chance( because never sent any out to get repaired, always kept it local). They kept great contact with me. The repair was cheaper then expected ( $60, compared to what others wanted $109). The repair and the shipping was done very quickly, I was impressed with my whole experience!! Thank you.”
