“Outstanding service at a great price! My Powerbeats 2 died a day after the warranty ran-out. Joes GE replaced battery several months ago and the headphones are still good as new. I followed their suggested shipping instructions (using USPS) and my headphones repaired and return to me in less than week (shipped-from and returned-to NC). They sent me text and updates throughout the process.”

“I never write reviews. However, this has to be one of the best repair services I have ever used. Great communications, great price, great service. My son saved his money for over a year to buy his beats (a lot of money for a 12 year old), just over a year one speaker stopped working, he was devastated. Found Joes GE online and from all the positive reviews I felt it was worth a try rather then trashing the headphones. When we got the repair back and it was as good a new, he was thrilled as was I. Extremely happy and pleased.”
