“This was great experience, my ionic stopped working and when I contacted Fitbit they asked me to buy a new device with 25% discount, which was still 200$, Joe's fixed it for 100$ in a day after they received my device, took a total of 2 weeks in total for the package to be sent to them and to receive the fixed device”

“Jose GE did an excellent job analyzing my fitbit and got it fixed and back to me within 1 week full turnaround time. I was particularly impressed by the way the took my problem description and got it into their system, send me a free mailing label for easy shipping and took me step by step through their process. I only has to approve those repairs I wanted and my fitbit is as good as new. I'd certainly use their service again and I highly recommend them to other fitbit users.”

“These guys are awesome. Good communication, fast quality service, funny emails. What more could you ask for except for ninjas? You’re in luck, apparently their shipping department is entirely comprised of ninjas. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. If my daughter trips over her own feet again and smacks her smartwatch on another concrete pool deck I know where I’m sending it to get fixed.”

“At first I thought they were too good to be true because the price was actually pretty good. So I did research to make sure they weren't a scam I read reviews looked at their website and socials, I even looked at their instagram and dm'ed their followers. When all I heard was good I started the process and it went very well I sent them in, got a diagnosis and gave the okay for the repair. I got updates on the status of my repair a lot and I got questions answered. I can honestly say my only complaint is sometimes it took a little while for a text to get a reply but that is really irrelevant when you see how good they are at what they do.”
