Communication every step of the way up to my package having been delivered back to me. A very explicit estimate of repair, showing both necessary and recommended repairs. “I had an amazing experience using Joes. After purchasing a new hinge from Joes to try and repair headphones on my own, I quickly realized that I had bitten off more than I could chew. I decided to send them in to Joes for repair. The website is easy to use and once my headphones were delivered to Joes I received an email and text message. It only took 2 business days to get a diagnosis and repair cost. They even used the hinge that I originally purchased! The repair was completed that same day and I got my headphones back 3 days later. Joes has it figured out and I would recommend them to anyone.”
