“I accessed your page for the first time today looking forward a specific course. It was reduced in price, which actually I was happy to pay. Then several things happens that have dissuaded me: 1. Your page shot out a marketing pop up screen offering me a full free course if I signed up to your mailing list. I did. I received a code in the email. 2. I added the course to the basket. Your page automatically added a pdf certificate additional cost, which you ‘claim’ is at 50% off at a cost of £11. Do you honestly charge £22 for a pdf certificate which is automatically produced, with zero human interaction? 3. I applied the emailed code to the coupon box in the checkout. Not only did it not apply the ‘purported’ free nature of your offer, it gave me an error message saying that this code has expired. I’m sorry to say if this is the experience you give to new customers, I don’t want to experience what you’d do to existing customers. I thus bow out of your ‘amazing’ discounts and fake discount codes.”

We prioritise customer experience more than anything and you will be grad to know that we have a highly experienced support team to help you with this kind of technical issues. We apologise again for the inconvenience but rest assured, when we offer a discount or free course, we do mean it. However, there were few cases the coupon didn't work for technical reasons but when the customer contacted our support team they solved it immediately. In terms of certificate price, if you don't want the PDF certificate you can exclude it when purchasing the course. One of agents will contact you asap and answer your further query. “Just completed the car maintenance course which I am glad to say I did not pay the full price for, merely a fraction at around a tenner. I highly doubt the "claimed" RRP prices are genuine as I would have been devastated if I had paid the full price of nearly £200!! The course itself was actually quite helpful and I did take quite a lot away from it. The videos at the end of each section (even if lifted from Youtube) was relevant and informative. The final exam on the other hand was laughable. Riddled with spelling mistakes, missing words and some of the questions did not have any grammatical logic whatsoever. It is a shame you can't attach screenshots on here. I would not recommend paying the extra money for the certificate at all. No reputable business would take it seriously. Save your money and just give yourself a pat on the back instead. All in all cheap and cheerful if you know nothing at all about car maintenance I would say for a tenner it is worth while. If you know the basics and want a deeper understanding like myself...I would give it a miss.”
