“Hi All Received my delivery promptly but was not satisfied as the goods were packed badly and resulted in being damaged. I sent mail to bring to your attention and the matter was sorted very quickly by Katie. I can't fault the quick & professional response. I would have no hesitation in using your web shop again. “I recently made a purchase ON LINE from Johnstown garden centre. I found the staff very helpful and the service very efficient. I received my purchase within a few days of my order and I was notified when the package was on its way to me and when I should receive it. Very good company to do business with and very professional. Peter”

“Usual quick delivery of excellent quality products. One complaint though, the packaging only just survived the journey. The outer cardboard container was split on two sides on arrival. Nothing was lost in transit thank goodness!”

“The order placed was dealt with promptly and I collected it on Monday last. However, at the collection point when I asked the assistant what soil and care I should give to the Magnolia she did not know and had to resort to the computer. I was not impressed. Surely when my order was put together and placed upstairs a care advice leaflet should have been attached. Also the collection point was untidy and the counter needed a deep cleanse. I visited the cafe but the lady at the tillpoint did not ask me for my reward card. Hope this helps.”

Some Magnolias require specialised care and soil so I'm sure the staff member just wanted to double check her instinct to make sure she was giving you the correct information.
