“The pros: delivery was on time, even given some truly appalling weather. The plants arrived in good condition and everything was well packed. The cons: the only problem that I had was when ordering. The website advertised a discount on the purchase of 10 items but it didn't show up when I was checking out. Not certain if it was taken off later or not. In any case, it was unclear and a bit annoying. Not enough money to be bothered about it's just that I like to know how much I'm paying.”

Hi Diana, the price you were charged was the reduced price for those 10 items.e4.46 each instead of e4.95 each.. i hope this clarifies matters and thank you.

“They took less time to ship my plant than I thought, considering the snow and weather. The only thing is that the plant came with broken foliage and a bit bendy but not great deal. The plant seems healthy 😊”

Thanks for your review, once your order has been placed you should have received an email with your order confirmation, also it is possible to make changes to any order up until it has been dispatched, you just have to telephone our store in order to do so.
