“My order took 2 weeks to arrive, 3 plants were missing. There was NO invoice or delivery note in the boxes or on the outside of the parcel to explain. As it was 7pm I emailed query to the email address in website, eventually received reply advising 3 plants out of stock and value refunded to my card. Considering 2 weeks wait why was I not advised sooner that these plants were not available I would have chosen something else.”

Hi Anne, for the 2 weeks, we were trying to source the plants for you, but they were unavailable from grower after grower. This is what caused the delay.
