“Monjauro helped me immensely . I started off at 157 pounds and it really sent me into a very depressing state of mind. I am not even 5 foot and that much weight was making it very difficult for me to do any of the things I actually enjoyed, like running, and rollerskating. After using Monjauro for only a short period of time, I am now down to 117 pounds and I am actually on a roller derby team ! I cannot tell you enough how much my life has changed over the past eight months. I also appreciate the responsiveness of the sequence care team. Thank you so much for everything.”

“The Sequence team changed my life. When I started in September 2022, I never imagined less than a year later that I would be 100lbs down. My team has been there every step of way to cheer me on and fully support me. I have access to my provider, a care coordinator, dietician and trainer. They always respond quickly to any concerns I have and my refills are sent in quickly. Partnering with Sequence saved my life and I am forever grateful to their team.”

“I found Sequence on TIKTOK last August, I was overweight and overwhelmed. I met with my provider on the 8/19/2022 and started 8/22/23. I have officially lost 100 pounds and that’s something I never thought I’d do. They helped me learn with the lessons, and they also helped with nutrition and fitness. All from the comfort of my home. I highly recommend Sequence.”

“I cannot say enough amazing things about the Sequence program. The Dietitian and Fitness programs are amazing and my care team and clinician are so fast and friendly. I'm finally a "normal" weight for the first time in my adult life and hope to stay a member for ever!”

“This program is amazing. Everyone is extremely supportive and caring. I've lost 60 pounds since joining the Sequence family and I couldn't be happier. I feel better, I'm more active , my mood is better, I'm very happy with my progress / results. Obesity is a disease and this program allows access to medication to treat it. You never know what people deal with in life, what challenges / obstacles they face that hinder weight loss so I'm grateful this program was / is available to me.”

“I have just started using Wegovy (two doses in) and have started to notice some positive results. I did not have but a tiny headache and mild nausea for a day so far. I did have to leave Sequence because I discovered I was able to pursue treatment with my primary doctor. I found Sequence to be extremely easy and reliable. In addition, they have excellent customer service (knowledgeable, professional, supportive and quick responses). I would highly recommend using Sequence and would consider using them again if something should happen to my current provider.”

“I love this program. When I joined sequence was small and didn’t offer the fitness and nutrition coaches they do now (they quickly expanded after I joined). I found sequence because I had a friend doing semiglutide and they found a lot of success. So I went searching for a program that would work through my insurance and came upon sequence. My original goal was just to be able to get to a size where I could run, without pain, and without consistent injuries. I haven’t run since I started the program, but today I made the leap to try, and I ran a 14 min mile! My best mile prior to sequence was around 13:30, so here I am, a year of no running and about 30lbs lighter and I ran similar to a time when I ran a few days a week. I couldn’t be happier and I’m excited to continue on the program and lose more weight and increase my mile time.”

“This journey has changed my life. I have struggled since I was a teenager with my weight. When I was pregnant with my daughter I was diagnosed with gestinational diabetes and I gained over 75 pounds in a year. After struggling with metformin and my blood sugar and trying numerous diets, I was ready to give up. I have lost almost 50 pounds on maunjaro in 6 months. It is truly the one thing that has worked for me. Sequence makes it so easy. I def recommend.”

“Sequence was absolutely amazing to work with. I started my journey on October 26th and as of today, April 7, 2023 I have lost 62 pounds. I actually went to my primary care doctor today and for the first time in almost 20 years I am no longer considered obese. This program has been life changing for me to say the least.”

“I gave it this rating because of RITA my RD. Rita was the best part of my experience with sequence. After WW destroyed my metabolism Rita single handedly got me to eat again. While on WW I was eating 1200 calories and my weight stalled. After Meeting with Rita she slowly increased my calories to 1600-1700 and I began losing weight again. So disappointed that WW is acquiring sequence because sequence fixed what WW broke. I can't imagine the devastation they will cause at sequence. Sequence could use a lot of help in the PA process. I would not recommend sequence if you need a PA approved. If the PA gets denied they refused to help me with an appeal.”

“Sequence has been just what I needed to help with weight loss. I had been struggling with my weight since having children and nothing was working. I thought about getting on medication numerous times and had even tried another platform that was unhelpful and difficult to get what I needed. I gave sequence a try when my PCP brought up that I should consider medication to help with my weight loss. It has been such an easy process and I have found their staff so supportive and responsive. I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve had great weight loss success that I know I wouldn’t have had without them!”

“I have been beyond impressed with Sequence! I love how we are checked on frequently, just to see how things are going. Any questions are answered thoroughly and they work to find the right medication for you (that also fits your insurance, as applicable.) I have been with Sequence since September 2022 and have been on both Mounjaro and, once insurance denied it, Ozempic. They have quite literally been life-changing! I have spent my entire youth and adult life on diets and workout plans, have been put on Metformin many times with severe side effects and no results. I was diagnosed with PCOS at 13, and last year, at 37, was told I was pre-diabetic. Almost 70 pounds down, a new workout regimen, and a healthier relationship with food, I am ecstatic! While the weight loss is incredible, I have been most surprised by the regulation of my hormones. Even at weights less than these growing up, I never had a regular period. I can count on them now to be regular both in date and length, something I have never experienced before. I can only hope I am able to take this for the long haul, I love reclaiming my health and taking control of my PCOS after so many years. Thankful I found Sequence!”

“As a lot of members I saw @drtommymartin talking about sequence on tiktok and decided I had nothing but weight to lose. I signed up and waited for my initial consultation. It was like music to my ears(haven't we all said that before). I was lucky and got the original mounjaro coupon and now 28 weeks later I am down 52.8 lbs and feel better than I have in years. I am still doing the work, eating less and moving more but with this medication I feel free from the binging and food noise that has run my life in the past. I have used sequence for their online lessons , nutritionist and Justin the trainer to my advantage. I have been able to ride a camel, ride in an airplane without an extender and zipline. I feel I can do anything NOW!!”

“I started this program with no real hopes I’d get the help I needed as I have tried and failed so many times. I am pleasantly surprised! I am 5 months in and have lost about 35 pounds so far. I have support from the dietary aspect, fitness, my provider and just a general check in from my coordinator. This is the best thing I could’ve done for my health! I cannot wait to meet my goals.”
