“I have been a member of the Sequence program since August 2023. While I have had my share of memberships with other programs over many years, I have never felt as supported by such a caring team as I feel with Sequence. In one community, I receive support in so many ways... clinical, nutritional, and fitness...but also from my Care Coordinator, and others behind the scene who will go out of their way to ensure that I have access to the medication and services I need to succeed. In addition, there are workshops to attend, social media groups to join, and even in-person events available as part of this program. I can't think of another program that offers all this in one place!”

“Great program. Extra special props to my care coordinator Michaela L - outstanding with her timely communications and desire to help me however I need assistance. And Shawn Hennessy, my NP- C is extremely prompt and helpful as well. I feel like I hit the jackpot with this team. Want to be sure they get recognized as being outstanding associates!! Your company is lucky to have them both representing Sequence.”

“Although my PCP was more than willing to work with me on my weight (and prescribe a GLP-1), I really appreciate Sequence and all that they provide. It's wonderful to be supported by people who really get obesity. I've used many of the resources - including participating in group zoom sessions, watching the videos, reading the training, and using a dietitian. All are highly valuable. I continue to pay the fee because I feel like I'm getting a lot of support for the money.”

“I was skeptical at first, but the Sequence Program is honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. My doctor with Sequence advocated for me and did not give up. I finally got approved after 2 different primary doctors weren’t able to get the job done. I am now on my second month. The team and doctors are super helpful and professional. I do not regret my decision 😃”

“Since starting this journey, my life has quite literally changed. My blood pressure is down 30 points. I no longer have “crashes” multiple times per day due to my blood sugar fluctuation. I feel the best I have in 10+ years and I cannot even explain it besides the amazing impact this medication has had on my life. Side effects are minimal if any (occasional loss of appetite or distaste for a certain food) but 1000x better than any daily symptoms I was feeling before starting. I have ZERO swelling in my hands, feet, knees, or anything else. ZERO headaches. Those were both daily occurrences before starting. The weight loss is a side thought to how I feel and how I am. My state of health was a ticking time bomb, and I was constantly worried about what that would mean for my children. Dr. Carr immediately dove in to find me the best care and is incredibly responsive and helpful. I look forward to how much better my health will be in the months to come. My life has quite literally changed. I know that I already said that, but it’s worth repeating.”

“I was nervous to join a program like Sequence because I was afraid I’d get lost in the shuffle, just being a number, not hearing from my advocate or assigned dr in a timely manner. None of this happened! My advocate responds to me every time within an hour, my doctor stays on top of my case and the program in and of itself is very thorough and easy to understand. I’ve been on the program 3 weeks and I’ve already lost 9 lbs. I highly recommend Sequence!”

“How many stars do you give a program that has changed the course of your entire life? Sequence has stewarded me through the most important change of my existence. Where once I was completely at a loss, I am now on the path to a whole and fulfilling life. I know this is said a lot, but I LITERALLY have tried EVERY diet and WOE, I even trained to be a Keto instructor just to make sure I really know the science and was doing it right. The level of depression from my weight -- weighed me down to the point I was questioning the value of my life. I am really only about half way through, but just knowing it is working is keeping me going. ALl the other diets worked for a short while then either I failed/it failed me. I have an immense amount of gratitude for the guidance and medication and am looking forward to reaching my goal.”

“I decided I needed additional assistance with the WW program and signed up with the sequence program. Immediately after I signed up I got an email from the care coordinator and the MD I had made an appt with. Any time I had a question the response was very quick and they were very very helpful. I would recommend this part of the program as the customer service was fast & efficient and super helpful.”

“I have only started this program and feel very encouraged, while I am waiting for my medications to be approved I am utilizing the WW program to track my weight and meals. I am very happy to share that I am already down a total of 10.4lbs in just 12 days”

“Have been very impressed with the team so far. My care coordinator is attentive and has really worked very hard to be me secure medication with the GLP-1 shortages. There are a lot of resources within Sequence, and I have particularly enjoyed the nutritionist sessions and support groups. I have been with Sequence for a month but only recently started my medication, so I am excited to see how this progresses.”

“I actually have nothing bad to say. I switched from a different service that went out of network w my insurance. They made the transition super smooth and got my insurance approval pretty quickly. I waited maybe two weeks from approval to getting my meds. I was lucky to have already to worked up to the 1.7 Wegovy pen and haven’t been impacted by the shortage. The last telehealth service also did not offer Weight Watchers, a dietician or fitness plan like Sequence does. It’s a very good value and way cheaper than where I was before.”
