“My experience with Sequence has been nothing short of outstanding! From my care coordinator to my provider, I’ve received excellent care from day one. Alex helped me get everything approved through my insurance with no issue. She’s also been amazing as I started my medication. With shortages everywhere, finding my dose has been challenging. However, Alex and the team at Sequence called local pharmacies to help me locate it! I’ve received excellent and personalized care from my provider as well. She’s responsive to any questions I have and has provided great tips to help me succeed. I can’t say enough good things about the care team I work with. If you are on the fence about the cost being worth it, just do it! This has changed my life and I’ve felt so supported every step of the way.”

“Working with my team of care providers at WW Clinic has been an amazing experience - from my care coordinators, nurse practitioner and fitness coach. They’ve all ensured that my care is customized to my individual needs. I feel supported and encouraged . I’ve achieved a level of health that I have been unable to reach with other programs - lost weight and a greater sense of overall well being. Thank you!”

“I am so pleased with my experience at WW Clinic. I love that I have access to a medical provider, dietician, strength training program. It has all helped me to learn healthy and balanced nutrition skills, and medical assistance. Everyone has been great.”

“I started this program feeling not very positive about myself, my journey with weight loss and being a healthier me. Without my care team being so encouraging and supporting, my mindset would not be as positive as it is now. I feel amazing about my progress so far. The convenience of the Zoom support group meetings are a bonus, as they as allow me to attend as often as my schedule allows…with so much to take away. This is a wonderful program and highly recommended. Lena and Nai, my care “squad”, are absolutely amazing! 😻”

“Fantastic, fast to respond, dedicated care team who are great at both hand holding as you start the medications and also helping source them as well. The phone team helped source my GLP1 refill at a time when these meds are out of stock everywhere! My care coordinator Jade is just incredible. As busy as they must be Jade is always very willing to help and send an encouraging word! And super quick to answer too. I was also very impressed with my doctors credentials.”

“My experience with my Sequence Doctor and support team has been incredible...better than with any of my "face to face" doctors. I have never waited more than 6 hours for a reaponse. I have been a member for 8 months and have reached my goal weight and now working on a maintenance plan. The trick is knowing that this is NOT a phase...it could well be forever, but as long as sequence continues to provide such good care, I'm confident that I can keep a healthy weight and feel great about myself!”

“Praise God for this program! I've waited for 20 years to be this size again, to be healthy, to fit in my clothes, for my body not to ache from all the extra weight. I just needed the help that Weight Watchers, Sequence, and Zepbound have given me. They gave me my life back. My mother had a heart attack at 58, her mother died at 47 from diabetes I needed to be healthy. The staff has been top notch, every message I sent was returned in less than a day. Meetings with the dietitians were helpful, the doctor I've worked with walked with me all the way. I am so happy and thank them so much for giving me my life back. I just pray my insurance will continue to help pay for the medication for maintenance dosage.”

“The sequence clinic is a great option for weight loss through Weight Watchers. Affordable, GLP Medication weight loss options were only viable with insurance coverage but The support groups were good, and the communication thread was concise and efficient. My work with the register dietitian was the most helpful. Her name was Melanie and her. support during my weight loss journey has been crucial in helping me cultivate awareness, skills, and tools to manage and foster a healthier relationship with food. Her approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and has helped me explore further the source of my food issues. Her support and accountability along with tools and resources have been so helpful. Other Nutritionist I have work with focus on exactly what I “should “or “should not” eat, as well as tracking, macros, or calories or protein, and she really goes beyond this and focuses more on hunger, cation, food, triggers, coping with emotional eating, cravings, and my overall relationship with food. She is reliable and follows through and appears genuinely interested in what my goals are, and how to support me to get there. I highly recommend her!”

“DO NOT JOIN!!! this company is nothing but a complete scam. If you go this route, you will be held hostage to their fee's. If you want maintenance or any guidance forget it.. it will cost you. They are slow, and money grabbers. t will cost you 2 months fee's to get one month supply. then when you get to goal weight, you're screwed more and more money. Just go with a company who can provide the script for free with the medicine. otherwise you have to start all over with another company or forever pay to get a prescription.”

I didn’t read a single review and gave Sequence a try. So happy that I did! The team that is working with me have answered every question at any time of day. “I recently started this journey and my care coordinator Anthony P. Is absolutely divine. Very patient, kind and the follow up is absolutely amazing. There is a GLP-1 shortage and my coordinator looked everywhere within my area. We were unsuccessful but he offered options for me. I'm just pleased with the customer service. Overall this will be a long term relationship for me. The service is impeccable and I highly recommend this program. Grateful and thankful”

“I would like to recognize and thank my team coordinator, Candace S. for the excellent service she is providing to me. She has been extremely responsive in trying to help me locate and obtain the appropriate weight loss medication. She has usually responded earlier than expected to any inquiry that I have made. I can not say enough about Candace. She defintely adds value to the company and offers first class, consumer oriented customer service. She is a Super Star!!!”
