“I LOVE THIS PROGRAM! I am on my second week of Zepbound, and the third or fourth week of being on the program overall. Here is what I love so far: YOU. Your staff. I have been blown away by the presence, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm of your staff. From my "very own" team comprised of Melissa G & Dr. Blackwell, to the other staff I've met via live and asynchronous learning modules, I've been so impressed with YOU. Melissa has been completely "on it" and available for me online all through the beginning of my program. Knowing someone "real" is there is a huge support for me--and she is celebrating and thinking through things with me as needed. That is HUGE. And, the medical-related Q's and wonders I've had have always been addressed quickly and professionally and completely by Dr. Blackwell. You guys ROCK. My initial response to the medication and the program has been great. While I have had a range of side effects including nausea, gastro issues and a little light-headedness, nothing has been overwhelming and all is frankly a lot less than I expected given your great information. My body is responding well to the meds and I am already losing weight at a faster clip than I'd have imagined. Moreover--I now have room and capacity in my head for a balanced, thoughtful approach to changing my nutrition habits--and I could not be more excited and grateful to begin 2024 from such a positive--and life-changing--place. “I am a 58 year old male who has always struggled with my weight, in March of 2023 I fell and injured my back. I knew being overweight was not helping the problem and it was time. I was 263 lbs in August when I started with Sequence along with the Weight Watchers program and was prescribed Wegovi, it was an immediate success! 2 months later Wegovi was in short supply and Saxenda was prescribed, 4 months later I am down 57 lbs. and feel fantastic! The program is easy to use, I eat what I want just in moderation, the points system guides me on what to eat and how much, no fancy (and expensive) diet food, it is sustainable without a lot of effort, I am truly a success story.”

“My Sequence team is just that, a TEAM that has been there with me since day one, answering questions and helping me to get my medication in a timely manner with all possible discounts. The medical staff assigned to my case has been very supportive! The dietitian that was assigned to me was super helpful in considering my health issues and suggesting helpful tips that are doable for a lifestyle change. I am pleasantly surprised at how easy this program is working via the internet!”

“I became aware of the Sequence program because I am an employee of WeightWatchers. I was intrigued because since I’d hit menopause, it was harder and harder to take off the weight that I had put on during and post Covid. But when I went to the doctor and had blood work done and I discovered that I was prediabetic, I knew I had to do something different. Since being prescribed Ozempic in August, my BMI is down, my blood pressure is down, I am no longer prediabetic, and my weight is down! There is no longer food noise, which is amazing! I combine Sequence with Weight Watchers and I use the Sequence features within the WW app, so I don’t even track WW points anymore. I track protein, water, and fruit & veggie intake, which is very different than what I’m used to. However, it does take the weight “no pun intended” off my shoulders of whether or not I should eat something because my focus is different now.”

“This has to be one of the best programs ever if you're serious about losing weight. The care team is amazing and the doctors monitor your entire journey to make sure you are healthy and safe. The team is quick to reply to any questions you may have and is there to help no matter what the situation is. I highly recommend this program; it has been very successful for me. I lost 25 pounds in 3 months.”
