I am a 58 year old male who has always struggled with my weight, in March of 2023 I fell and injured my back. I knew being overweight was not helping the problem and it was time. The program is easy to use, I eat what I want just in moderation, the points system guides me on what to eat and how much, no fancy (and expensive) diet food, it is sustainable without a lot of effort, I am truly a success story.
