“The Sequence team changed my life. When I started in September 2022, I never imagined less than a year later that I would be 100lbs down. My team has been there every step of way to cheer me on and fully support me. I have access to my provider, a care coordinator, dietician and trainer. They always respond quickly to any concerns I have and my refills are sent in quickly. Partnering with Sequence saved my life and I am forever grateful to their team.”

“The company offers zero costumer support. I signed up, realized it was not what I thought 3 days later and nope. I am stuck with this garbage for a year. It is not their concern but my husband was also laid off during this time and we could not spend the extra $200-$1,800 per month on it, but they would not allow a cancelation. I will forever hate this company.”

“I tried restarting my meds after a six month hiatus. Once I tried reactivating my account with Weight Watchers.com and kept receiving error messages. I called them several times explaining this and they said I needed to speak to my care team. Care team were men that kept saying I needed to reactivate. It never worked and I'be been on computers from the age of 7. Horrible service.”

“I never finished setting up my account, never spoke with a clinician, never used a product or reviewed any info on the website, however, I was billed $99 a month for over a year. After the initial communication from sequence there was only one follow up message in Sept 23 and subsequent to that they have been charging me $99 a month for over a year with no reminders that I had never accessed the account or contacted a provider. Unfortunately I am suffering from chemo fog and didn't even remember visiting the sequence website (through WW) until my husband recently queried the recurring charge on our credit card statement. As with most companies that require a recurring monthly charge, they count on people forgetting to cancel unused applications and/or memberships.”

“Do not get involved with WW Clinic. They were unable to get insurance approval for the Zepbound medication, the only GLP1 I am willing to take. They did not provide everything insurance required for approval nor did they ever ask me for this information, which i could have provided documentation for. Once the insurance denied the medication, I cancelled my membership, yet they charged me again the next month. After a drawn out chat with support, I learned I am in a 12 month contract, though I understood if was month to month. So as it stands, I am stuck paying them $74 per month and not getting the medication I signed up for, which I could have gotten approval for if they did their job of gathering the full documentation required. My next stop is the bank to stop payment on all future attempts by WW to draft payments from my account.”

“DISGUSTING. DUE TO INSURANCE, i ADVISED I was leaving in Jan, and my Doc asked for a 3 mo RX - because they know getting a continuation PA will take time. They refused to help me, stating I would have to buy 3 mo, would not talk to me, only via text. Asked for someone above the person I was speaking with, and THAT person basically told me to shove off..... it's not for everyone. 8 months of my time and money and that's how you treat your customers?”

“This program has been a game changer. I've struggled with weight all my life. It took me 7 months to lose 7lbs before I started weight watchers with sequence. I had to obsess over food and calories and beat myself up if I wasn't perfect. This program has taken away so much anxiety and defeatist self talk. I feel normal! I leave food in my plate. My plantar fasciitis has completely gone away. I've lost 25lbs since starting and I feel amazing. My energy is up. I haven't had any bad side effects. And the clinicians have been so helpful answering all of my many questions and making sure I get my prescriptions. It's really been life changing.”

“Buyer BEWARE. I selected the 3 month plan with the understanding that I could cancel if insurance denied my claim. Sequence WILL NOT file a claim for me so therefore insurance cannot be canceled. I am told that they cannot file because of a restriction that was not revealed until AFTER I signed up. The only medicine available to me WITHOUT paying additional money is Metformin. Other medications will be an out of pocket expense at around $800 and up. This plan appears to be another preying on people WHO ARE desperate to lose weight without restrictive dieting and extreme exercising. So again beware; your insurance cannot cancel a claim that they never receive.”

“My experience started off well in April. After paying for the first month they took about 2 weeks to confirm my insurance and start prescribing Zepbound. They incrementally increased my dose of the months and I lost 35 lbs. The response was great. I had major side effects on the 10mg and a new care provider took me back down to the starter dose without any plan after that. Even the pharmacy questioned it. The responsiveness from the care team after 7 months is terrible and they only seem to respond after they take my payment. The provider won't communicate in real-time Even if you immediately respond to a message. I think it's time to find another provider. I feel like this is a money grab. They're only sending a prescription to my pharmacy and I'm paying for that outside of WW. The dosage change now has me gaining weight and I can't get a decent response from anyone on next steps. Buyer beware.”

“This program has been the easiest thing I’ve done, especially in the medical community. The team is really good at working everything out for you and doing all the heavy lifting. They make it easy for you to just pick up your prescription and then check with them for any issues or questions. Tracking your weight and any side effects you’re having is very helpful. Of course it connects with Weight Watchers so you have access to both. The most impressive is the people. They are all amazing, caring and supportive. They take note of everything going on in your life and have great follow through. They’re all professional, polite, friendly, and thoughtful. I specifically work with Veda and I love being able to chat with her as needed. It has made the program feel very safe.”

“Joy, relief, & happiness describe my life now after taking Zepbound. I no longer have intrusive thoughts about food or feeling like a failure. The medicine removed all that. I have no side effects and feel great now that I’ve easily lost 15 lbs in 3 months. I feel full faster and can’t eat as much. My WW team (care professionals) is great. They’re helpful & caring & explain everything. I always feel informed. My insurance covers most of the cost for Zepbound. I highly recommend this program to anyone suffering from obesity.”

“The care team is horrible. Getting a timely response is nearly impossible. The physician doesn't thoroughly read the chat. I was prescribed an incorrect dose. They caused numerous delays and strictly because of this, I wasn't able to get my medication on time . They never take accountability for their actions. They try to blame you or anyone else for their lack of follow up. They even tried to blame my insurance for a preauth being late; turns out the fact was Sequence never even asked for a pre auth. I don't trust these people.”

“They refused to let me withdraw from my account, which had grown to $97,000 with the profits they promised. I contacted their support multiple times but got no response. After weeks of frustration, I realized I had been scammed. I decided to file a complaint with 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝟑𝟖𝟏𝟓@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦), hoping they could help me recover my funds. “Be aware that you CANNOT cancel this. The app can be canceled but the membership continues no matter what. And dont dare to ask for s refund! Basically, just expect to pay $100 for nothing every month.”

“I have been a member, on and off, with WW my whole adult life. I always did well, lost weight, but then I would fall off the wagon. I would gain the weight back and then some! Constant battle and constant aggravation. I decided to join the WW Clinic to see if this could be any different. I’m SO glad I did. I have lost the most weight ever. I’m healthier, more energetic, and happier. I feel like I have finally created long lasting, healthy habits. The Clinic and all they have to offer has made such a difference. The clinicians are always available to help with any questions or concerns. The “lessons” have answered all of my questions, and the fitness videos are amazing! All of the above has led me to successful weight loss. I highly recommend WW Clinic to everyone I talk to. If you’re on the fence, I recommend that you just try it. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.”
