I never finished setting up my account, never spoke with a clinician, never used a product or reviewed any info on the website, however, I was billed $99 a month for over a year. After the initial communication from sequence there was only one follow up message in Sept 23 and subsequent to that they have been charging me $99 a month for over a year with no reminders that I had never accessed the account or contacted a provider. Unfortunately I am suffering from chemo fog and didn't even remember visiting the sequence website (through WW) until my husband recently queried the recurring charge on our credit card statement. As with most companies that require a recurring monthly charge, they count on people forgetting to cancel unused applications and/or memberships.
