“The company offers zero costumer support. I signed up, realized it was not what I thought 3 days later and nope. I am stuck with this garbage for a year. It is not their concern but my husband was also laid off during this time and we could not spend the extra $200-$1,800 per month on it, but they would not allow a cancelation. I will forever hate this company.”

“I never finished setting up my account, never spoke with a clinician, never used a product or reviewed any info on the website, however, I was billed $99 a month for over a year. After the initial communication from sequence there was only one follow up message in Sept 23 and subsequent to that they have been charging me $99 a month for over a year with no reminders that I had never accessed the account or contacted a provider. Unfortunately I am suffering from chemo fog and didn't even remember visiting the sequence website (through WW) until my husband recently queried the recurring charge on our credit card statement. As with most companies that require a recurring monthly charge, they count on people forgetting to cancel unused applications and/or memberships.”

“Do not get involved with WW Clinic. They were unable to get insurance approval for the Zepbound medication, the only GLP1 I am willing to take. They did not provide everything insurance required for approval nor did they ever ask me for this information, which i could have provided documentation for. Once the insurance denied the medication, I cancelled my membership, yet they charged me again the next month. After a drawn out chat with support, I learned I am in a 12 month contract, though I understood if was month to month. So as it stands, I am stuck paying them $74 per month and not getting the medication I signed up for, which I could have gotten approval for if they did their job of gathering the full documentation required. My next stop is the bank to stop payment on all future attempts by WW to draft payments from my account.”

“DISGUSTING. DUE TO INSURANCE, i ADVISED I was leaving in Jan, and my Doc asked for a 3 mo RX - because they know getting a continuation PA will take time. They refused to help me, stating I would have to buy 3 mo, would not talk to me, only via text. Asked for someone above the person I was speaking with, and THAT person basically told me to shove off..... it's not for everyone. 8 months of my time and money and that's how you treat your customers?”

“Buyer BEWARE. I selected the 3 month plan with the understanding that I could cancel if insurance denied my claim. Sequence WILL NOT file a claim for me so therefore insurance cannot be canceled. I am told that they cannot file because of a restriction that was not revealed until AFTER I signed up. The only medicine available to me WITHOUT paying additional money is Metformin. Other medications will be an out of pocket expense at around $800 and up. This plan appears to be another preying on people WHO ARE desperate to lose weight without restrictive dieting and extreme exercising. So again beware; your insurance cannot cancel a claim that they never receive.”

“The care team is horrible. Getting a timely response is nearly impossible. The physician doesn't thoroughly read the chat. I was prescribed an incorrect dose. They caused numerous delays and strictly because of this, I wasn't able to get my medication on time . They never take accountability for their actions. They try to blame you or anyone else for their lack of follow up. They even tried to blame my insurance for a preauth being late; turns out the fact was Sequence never even asked for a pre auth. I don't trust these people.”

“They refused to let me withdraw from my account, which had grown to $97,000 with the profits they promised. I contacted their support multiple times but got no response. After weeks of frustration, I realized I had been scammed. I decided to file a complaint with 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝟑𝟖𝟏𝟓@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦), hoping they could help me recover my funds. Their team was incredibly responsive and took immediate action. Within a short time, 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝟑𝟖𝟏𝟓@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥.𝐜𝐨𝐦) was able to rescue me from this situation, recovering all my money. I can’t express how relieved I am to have my $97,000 back, thanks to their professionalism and persistence. Seekrail truly gave me a second chance when I thought everything was lost. “Be aware that you CANNOT cancel this. The app can be canceled but the membership continues no matter what. And dont dare to ask for s refund! Basically, just expect to pay $100 for nothing every month.”

“Fraudulent Practice! A real scam. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY! VERY HARD TO CANCEL. You will get a message that says, There is no one to help you now. Leave a message and we will get back with you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The product is great. Although the medical side is a complete rip off.”

“DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR WEIGHT LOSS. THEY ARE LIERS AND WILL MAKE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY HARDER THAN IT SHOULD BE!!!! I never thought this would happen, I have not lost any weight since they never seemed to send my prescription in on time so I was on for the 4wks then off for a month a month in a half then they would say it’s not their fault I told them the request from my pharmacy to have them send in the order a week sooner to be sure I get them on time they refused!!! The had no issues with taking money from my account every month I told them my concerns and they blamed me for not sending in my insurance information after I had been paying out of pocket the whole time I requested a refund. They told me No and blamed me and my pharmacy.”

“Things were fine until I decided I can’t afford this monthly fee anymore. I have paid for months without reaching out to them to prescribe me anything. I gained some weight back, asked them to prescribe my medication and I canceled my membership for the following month. They refused to refill my medication because it’s a few days less than a month and they have to monitor my symptoms for a whole month. They can take my money for months but once you cancel, they refuse to do help you but will take your money. There are other services out there. Go to your doctor. They won’t charge you monthly for nothing.”

“If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible service. I originally signed up back in March 2024 and got charged for the consultation, and then charged for the medication for two months after that. I Never did anything with the consultation and never had anything sent to me, I did not use any medication. They are refusing to refund my money on products I was never received. I have emailed twice referring to my issue, both replies are basic genetic replies- talking about how I won't be filled and they are not able to confirm if insurance will cover medication. Something I didn't even bring up in my emails. this is becoming ridiculous that a company that is based on helping people are refusing to resolve problems. I never agreed to donate 84 dollars a month. Avoid sequence. I couldn't even say if the product works, I was just getting charged by them and never received anything from them.”

“They double charged me for my account, I have not been able to get prescriptions filled and when I have asked for help, the update is we are still working on it. If I pay for a service I expect to receive said services not a run around. When I ask for a refund for one of the charges they refused. I was excited to start this journey because I thought I had found someone to help. Was I wrong.”

“You guys are not going to believe what BS I experienced with this stupid online app. I had a clinician and we were doing fine and then some idiot that was covering for her while she was away was trying to get me to do what I had already done with the woman who had been overseeing me. So I got mad about it and they kicked me out😡 You know what? They are beyond stupid because I am yet another review showing how unprofessional and outrageous their decisions are. They don’t care about reputation. Let me tell you I want to spread this everywhere.”

“Wish I had read the reviews first but I had done business with them in the past and thought of them as a decent company. Wrong! What a scam. Paid $49 for evaluation but didn’t like the drugs I had to inject on my own. Canceled immediately and the clinician said too bad we are going to continue to charge you $84 a month for the next 2 months. That’s $217 for nothing. Horrible communication and customer service. No personal contact and deceiving business practice. I hope someone sues them. Shameful!”
