Things were fine until I decided I can’t afford this monthly fee anymore. I have paid for months without reaching out to them to prescribe me anything. I gained some weight back, asked them to prescribe my medication and I canceled my membership for the following month. They refused to refill my medication because it’s a few days less than a month and they have to monitor my symptoms for a whole month. They can take my money for months but once you cancel, they refuse to do help you but will take your money. There are other services out there. Go to your doctor. They won’t charge you monthly for nothing.
