I joined sequence very recently and had to cancel my membership within the same week of joining for several reasons: (1) they do not require you to have a consultation with an actual provider before being prescribed with anything, (2) I was able to get any meds due to the nationwide shortages of glp1s, (3) sequence does not offer assistance for their members to access compounded options, and (4) when I asked for a refund for the lack of service and support I received, they declined to refund me. Now I am left having to subscribe to another provider and incur additional fees. If you can choose to go with another provider than sequence, please do so.

Awful people and you shouldn't do business with them. I told them I couldn't afford the weigh-loss medication and they blindly charged my credit card anyway. That's an initial fee plus $84 out of my pocket for absolutely nothing of value. They love to mention they're "trained professionals" but don't offer anything you can't find on google. There are programs that offer these weight-loss programs at a fraction of the price. Shout out to Ebby O., Care Coordinator of completely worthless information. Avoid these scam artists like the plague. You've been warned.

I wanted this to "change my life" like other people have mentioned, but I don't have enough disposable income for that to happen. I have tried two meds, and I am waiting on approval for my third "prescription" from WW. The first seriously messed with my hormones, I ended up GAINING weight, and eventually became extremely depressed. The second was never approved because I have no preexisting conditions besides obesity (hypertension, diabetes, etc are required for insurance to be any help). I am waiting on the third, but I am not hopeful. The WW clinicians do not communicate in a timely manner, so WW gets to keep my monthly $99 fee while being in breech of contract (which promises a service they do not deliver).

Huge scam. Beware of these people that are in the business of stealing your money.

If you experience any side effects on medication, Sequence physicians are not able to assist and your medication is discontinued until you can get another physician to examine you and clear you. Meanwhile, you are paying Sequence for absolutely no service. Their "assistance" to locate medications out of stock was completely worthless; I tracked down supplies when they came up completely empty handed. A total scam.

Notified them that I would need to transition to a 90 day supply as this is a requirement for my prescription coverage on April 24th, and was told they did not see any issues with this but would look into it and let me know. My subscription renewal date was on May 11th. I was informed on May 12th that they could not prescribe the medication in a 90-day supply. Nothing but a money grab. Money over people like most corporations now.

This company is billing me as hoc even thought I cancelled. They say “oh, we auto fill” but I had to request my medication. Guess what? They billed me for a service I cancelled and didn’t request. They won’t give me my money back and hilariously they didn’t even send the package. That sounds like a crime, right? They’ll go out of business soon but I want all of you to know that you are making a big mistake if you utilize this company. So many other ways to get medication to help with weight loss.

Total scam, mire presentation and false advertising. You pay $84 for a commitment 3 months and get meds only for one month. The other two months, you can’t get the medication, so you’re paying for no services rendered. Netflix should do a documentary on this con story

This is a scam. They will not help you very much to get GLP-1 agonist drugs but once you sign up for $84/month, they will continue to charge you for 3 months even though you receive no services from them. It is a huge waste of money and it is shocking that weight watchers has resorted to doing such bad business. I suspect these drugs are driving WW to extinction so they have resorted to fleecing people to stay afloat. Dont bother with this program. They will rip you off.

The meds are great. The service with Sequence? Far less so. I signed up with them because they promised they would track down the Zepbound, no matter what. They confirmed this again and again. Yet when the shortages started, they called one zip code and then shrugged. When they suggested I pick a couple of other zips for them to call, I gave them the codes, yet instead of using them, the called a couple of random pharmacies an hour from me. If you like arguing with a bot--and then waiting two days for that bot to get back to you--and spending $84/month on a total lack of service, you shan't be disappointed.

Don’t waste your time or money. The response time is slow and there is a lot of back-and-forth with the provider a waste of time and a scam.

I never set up a prescription plan, yet I was charged a service fee of $84/mo and they refuse to give me a refund. I'm not normally one to complain but Sequence is a garbage plan and charged me hundreds of dollars for absolutely NOTHING. Customer service is slow and useless. It takes 1-2 days for a simple response. There are other online medication providers that are far more reputable.

Don’t expect them to have any strategies to navigate insurance or shortages. You are basically paying to interact with a bot that can prescribe medication. Get ready to spend all your free time on the phone with pharmacies and insurance companies.

They say they have navigators that help get you qualified with your insurance. I have insurance that pays 75% of the cost but sequence refused to deal with them. After refusing to negotiate with my insurance they reminded me I had a 3 month obligation with them that I would have to continue to pay.

You pay a monthly fee of around $100/month and then they aren't able to get you your weight loss shots. You end up being forced to choose a medication, and then it's out of stock. So, then you choose a different medication, and then that is out of stock. They don't prescribe knowing what or if anything is in stock. So, you pay $100 for getting stressed out and not knowing if you are even able to get your weight loss shots.

BUYER BEWARE! I paid $49 for an initial consultation. I had to wait weeks for an appointment and then the night before the appointment, the Clinitian cancelled the appointment. I was scheduled to be charged an additional $99 the next day so I cancelled my subscription. They refused to refund the $49 I paid for a consultation I never received. They do not have a phone number listed anywhere. After going back and forth with them on this, I gave up and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They do not care about customers - only taking money whether or not they provide the service.

Buyer Beware, read their Terms and Conditions!! If I could give this 0 stars I would. Signed up in February, got one prescription of Zepbound (for four weeks in Feb) then out of the drug in March and April though they charged my card $84 for March and $84 for April. Then because it has been over 4 weeks since I did treatment, they wanted me to stay on same dosage. On fifth week, when they found the drug, they wanted me to go 35 miles from my residence for "1" box of Zepound at Publix. I agreed because I wanted to continue on this journey so Sequence transferred my prescription, I called Publix Pharmacy to confirm pickup and they told me it would take 2 weeks for insurance to approve this medication even though it was approved at the Walgreens when I first signed up and got my medication that same day. I canceled my membership and my financial institution will be filing a dispute with Weekend Health Inc. for payment received and services not rendered. They offer no resolution in "good faith" as their terms and conditions state.

Their version of helping to find medications is to call one pharmacy in one zip code, and then tell me they failed to find me my medication.

Took my money with advertising about access to GLP-1, put me on the WW plan that we know is ineffective, put me on Metformin (also largely ineffective) and then “contacted” pharmacies in zip codes I provided but only if I prompted them to do so and never with any results. Basically nothing that I wasn’t already doing myself but charging me for it.

The response times are ridiculous. This is now my third medication switch because of the unavailability of certain medications, dosages, etc. Given this complexity you think they would be able to respond more readily. Its now almost two days since my clinician promised a response and its getting to the weekend. And nobody at Sequence works on the weekend. I would say if you are looking for help in this area, DON'T Choose SEQUENCE.
