“Fraudulent Practice! A real scam. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY! VERY HARD TO CANCEL. You will get a message that says, There is no one to help you now. Leave a message and we will get back with you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The product is great. Although the medical side is a complete rip off.”

“I love WW and I love the new Clinic Program. I've done WW a total of 3 times in my life. I have never felt so supported than I have with the Clinic program. For anyone out there that is second guessing starting WW, don't! Don't talk yourself out of it, don't let the stigma of obesity or taking medication stop you from making the best decision of your life. Take control now. You have options with WW. I have a great Care Team. I have a great Doctor. I have fantastic Fitness Instructions. The food Recipes are amazing! The other member's support you! My Care team group has encouraged me when I was struggling. They have guided me through the program and instructed me to trust the process and the progam. And they have celebrated me when I lost just 1 pound. That one pound is now 75 pounds in 9 months. It's not easy. It takes work and commitment. And it's one foot in front of the other and one minute at a time each and every day. You CAN do this and your Care Team and WW can help you through it. I promise...”

“DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR WEIGHT LOSS. THEY ARE LIERS AND WILL MAKE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY HARDER THAN IT SHOULD BE!!!! I never thought this would happen, I have not lost any weight since they never seemed to send my prescription in on time so I was on for the 4wks then off for a month a month in a half then they would say it’s not their fault I told them the request from my pharmacy to have them send in the order a week sooner to be sure I get them on time they refused!!! The had no issues with taking money from my account every month I told them my concerns and they blamed me for not sending in my insurance information after I had been paying out of pocket the whole time I requested a refund. They told me No and blamed me and my pharmacy.”

“This program has changed my life. I have tried every diet and weight watchers has always worked best for me. This new clinical program has been a life changer for me. I have never had these type of results. It’s been slow and steady but I’m finally seeing some amazing results. I’m so grateful for this program. The team has been helpful and supportive which has helped me not feel pressured but still supported. Thank you to my team and weight watchers.”

“This medication gives me not much of an appetite therefore reducing my hunger and making me feel like Iam 18 again . No more stomach ache from over eating and a perfect stool. No more gas either. This Zepbound is a miricle drug. Today at 10”

“Entire staff was so open and honest and encouraging. Whenever I had a question or concern, they responded in a very timely fashion. Always felt that they were truly on this journey with me. I had to leave this section due to my insurance that would not help with this medical weight loss journey. I was spending over $1000.00/month for the injectable medication. Had tried the oral Contrave but did not produce the results I was expecting. Found someone local to continue my weight loss journey for far less. Thank You again to all!”

“In two words- Life Changing! After 20 plus years of trying every weight loss program and gym membership, I really thought I would die obese and probably from health complications. I kept trying but had gotten to the point that if I was trying a new program, I did not tell anyone because I had such a long history of failure. Then I had a friend who showed drastic weight loss and just had to ask her what she had done. She mentioned new programs with GLP-1 medications. So I connected with Sequence and I could not have been more happy! 11 months and they provided all the support I needed to achieve weight loss I never thought possible. The first doctor I met was more knowledgeable than any I have ever consulted for my weight loss and had really helpful insights to medical issues I was currently having that lab work proved were issues for me. The medical check ins, nutrition advice, Weight Watchers program, and exercise guides were all provided, and the success was inevitable from there!”

“I am forever grateful to all of you and this amazing program! When I started on this journey I was on 3 blood pressure medications, 2 inhalers and had severe sleep apnea and on a cpap nightly. I worried anytime we went somewhere that there may be steps, or a hill or a lot of walking because I had a hard time catching my breath. My weight and health issues held me back on being the grandma I wanted to be. I’m down 86 pounds and no longer sleep with a cpap and no inhalers. I enjoy walks and bike riding with the grandkids and now find ways to get extra steps in. It feels so good not living in fear of hills or steps anymore and finding I love the challenge now:)”

“I have been on the program for about 5 months. I started off with very little weight loss. With the help of my clinician we decided to try something different. It was like night a day. I have been very happy and I’m down close to 15 pounds. My clothes are fitting different and for the first time 2 people asked me if I have lost weight!”

“There is a weath of information & all I have seen is excellent. HOWEVER, when a person joins there should be a welcome video introducing the different elements of the program. I had to wait 2 weeks before I could fit in the orientation program. Also a 1 on 1 with a coach to help the client structue their entire program should be added & available as soon as possible.”

“After a long struggle with my primary care physicians, who refused to listen and assist me, it was such a relief to finally receive the help I desperately needed. I had done countless hours of research and know exactly what was best for me. The team was friendly, responsive, and non-judgmental. They promptly assisted me in obtaining the medication I needed. I started taking Zepbound and I feel great, with no side effects! I lost 12 pounds during the first 4 weeks. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!”

“Things were fine until I decided I can’t afford this monthly fee anymore. I have paid for months without reaching out to them to prescribe me anything. I gained some weight back, asked them to prescribe my medication and I canceled my membership for the following month. They refused to refill my medication because it’s a few days less than a month and they have to monitor my symptoms for a whole month. They can take my money for months but once you cancel, they refuse to do help you but will take your money. There are other services out there. Go to your doctor. They won’t charge you monthly for nothing.”

“I have struggled with my weight my entire life despite doing everything you're supposed to be doing (physical activity and eating a balanced diet). I would lose weight when I did what would probably be described as excessive physical activity and restrictive diet and then gain the weight back when I attempted to maintain the weight loss. I've been to numerous physicians to get answers and was told that it was probably my body type and metabolism. In May 2022 I realized that I had to make a change because diet and exercise alone wasn't working and on a backpacking trip to Grand Staircase-Escalante, my weight was impeding my ability to enjoy hiking. That's when I did some research and found Sequence and had an online consultation and was prescribed a GLP-1 agonist. I started the medication on July 11, 2022 and I lost more weight in the first three weeks than I had doing four months of Hard 45 program and following the 21 Day Fix diet! It's been two years and I'm down about 70 lbs from my highest weight and I've been able to maintain this weight even while eating a more liberalized diet with a higher caloric intake. My GERD symptoms have resolved and I no longer get knee and ankle pain when I hike. I actually was able to start running again, something I wasn't able to do carrying all that weight. I'm happy that I found Sequence and the clinicians and support staff that assisted me with facilitating my weight loss journey. I can say that my body finally reflects all the physical activity and eating habits that I have engaged in since I was a teenager!”

“I signed up before WW took over. The service was impeccable and quick. However, I’ve noticed that now I am a legacy customer, the service has gone downhill. I end up having to repeat what I’m asking to my Care coordinator multiple times over the course of several days, so nothing happens quickly. It wasn’t like this before. Now I feel like I need to confirm and verify fourth times before anything actually happens. I end up copying multiple messages and sending them back to my coordinator. Plus, I’m not really sure what I’m paying money for? I don’t see them working that hard for me outside of the initial getting the insurance coverage. I am rethinking my membership. And I can’t help but think that everything went downhill when they were taken over by a larger group. Shame on you WW .”

“My experience with Sequence has been nothing short of outstanding! From my care coordinator to my provider, I’ve received excellent care from day one. Alex helped me get everything approved through my insurance with no issue. She’s also been amazing as I started my medication. With shortages everywhere, finding my dose has been challenging. However, Alex and the team at Sequence called local pharmacies to help me locate it! I’ve received excellent and personalized care from my provider as well. She’s responsive to any questions I have and has provided great tips to help me succeed. I can’t say enough good things about the care team I work with. If you are on the fence about the cost being worth it, just do it! This has changed my life and I’ve felt so supported every step of the way.”
