There is a weath of information & all I have seen is excellent. HOWEVER, when a person joins there should be a welcome video introducing the different elements of the program. I had to wait 2 weeks before I could fit in the orientation program. Also a 1 on 1 with a coach to help the client structue their entire program should be added & available as soon as possible.
