Working with my team of care providers at WW Clinic has been an amazing experience - from my care coordinators, nurse practitioner and fitness coach. They’ve all ensured that my care is customized to my individual needs. I feel supported and encouraged . I’ve achieved a level of health that I have been unable to reach with other programs - lost weight and a greater sense of overall well being. Thank you!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Horrible service. I originally signed up back in March 2024 and got charged for the consultation, and then charged for the medication for two months after that. I Never did anything with the consultation and never had anything sent to me, I did not use any medication. They are refusing to refund my money on products I was never received. I have emailed twice referring to my issue, both replies are basic genetic replies- talking about how I won't be filled and they are not able to confirm if insurance will cover medication. Something I didn't even bring up in my emails. this is becoming ridiculous that a company that is based on helping people are refusing to resolve problems. I never agreed to donate 84 dollars a month. Avoid sequence. I couldn't even say if the product works, I was just getting charged by them and never received anything from them.

They double charged me for my account, I have not been able to get prescriptions filled and when I have asked for help, the update is we are still working on it. If I pay for a service I expect to receive said services not a run around. When I ask for a refund for one of the charges they refused. I was excited to start this journey because I thought I had found someone to help. Was I wrong.

You guys are not going to believe what BS I experienced with this stupid online app. I had a clinician and we were doing fine and then some idiot that was covering for her while she was away was trying to get me to do what I had already done with the woman who had been overseeing me. So I got mad about it and they kicked me out😡 You know what? They are beyond stupid because I am yet another review showing how unprofessional and outrageous their decisions are. They don’t care about reputation. Let me tell you I want to spread this everywhere.

Wish I had read the reviews first but I had done business with them in the past and thought of them as a decent company. Wrong! What a scam. Paid $49 for evaluation but didn’t like the drugs I had to inject on my own. Canceled immediately and the clinician said too bad we are going to continue to charge you $84 a month for the next 2 months. That’s $217 for nothing. Horrible communication and customer service. No personal contact and deceiving business practice. I hope someone sues them. Shameful!

Terrible they do nothing at all but charger you $80 a month on top of the $1000 you will spend on the drug do not sign up.

I joined sequence very recently and had to cancel my membership within the same week of joining for several reasons: (1) they do not require you to have a consultation with an actual provider before being prescribed with anything, (2) I was able to get any meds due to the nationwide shortages of glp1s, (3) sequence does not offer assistance for their members to access compounded options, and (4) when I asked for a refund for the lack of service and support I received, they declined to refund me. Now I am left having to subscribe to another provider and incur additional fees. If you can choose to go with another provider than sequence, please do so.

I am so pleased with my experience at WW Clinic. I love that I have access to a medical provider, dietician, strength training program. It has all helped me to learn healthy and balanced nutrition skills, and medical assistance. Everyone has been great.

Awful people and you shouldn't do business with them. I told them I couldn't afford the weigh-loss medication and they blindly charged my credit card anyway. That's an initial fee plus $84 out of my pocket for absolutely nothing of value. They love to mention they're "trained professionals" but don't offer anything you can't find on google. There are programs that offer these weight-loss programs at a fraction of the price. Shout out to Ebby O., Care Coordinator of completely worthless information. Avoid these scam artists like the plague. You've been warned.

Initially, I was quite pleased with Sequence/WWC. I started back in August 2023 and to date have lost 70 lbs on a GLP1 medication that my insurance covered. I signed up for an annual membership in January 2024 to save a little bit on the monthly fees (annual cost $899). The issues started when my insurance began to charge much more for a monthly prescription versus a 3-month fill since I'd reached a steady, therapeutic dose. Sequence/WWC care team members deny a 3-month fill is allowed, while the admin staff on the Sequence/WWC facebook group for members state that it IS allowed. I've wasted weeks going around and around with them. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Poor customer service.

I started this program feeling not very positive about myself, my journey with weight loss and being a healthier me. Without my care team being so encouraging and supporting, my mindset would not be as positive as it is now. I feel amazing about my progress so far. The convenience of the Zoom support group meetings are a bonus, as they as allow me to attend as often as my schedule allows…with so much to take away. This is a wonderful program and highly recommended. Lena and Nai, my care “squad”, are absolutely amazing! 😻

I wanted this to "change my life" like other people have mentioned, but I don't have enough disposable income for that to happen. I have tried two meds, and I am waiting on approval for my third "prescription" from WW. The first seriously messed with my hormones, I ended up GAINING weight, and eventually became extremely depressed. The second was never approved because I have no preexisting conditions besides obesity (hypertension, diabetes, etc are required for insurance to be any help). I am waiting on the third, but I am not hopeful. The WW clinicians do not communicate in a timely manner, so WW gets to keep my monthly $99 fee while being in breech of contract (which promises a service they do not deliver).

If you experience any side effects on medication, Sequence physicians are not able to assist and your medication is discontinued until you can get another physician to examine you and clear you. Meanwhile, you are paying Sequence for absolutely no service. Their "assistance" to locate medications out of stock was completely worthless; I tracked down supplies when they came up completely empty handed. A total scam.

Great at first but they hold you back by not prescribing higher dosages when needed. I was losing 2lbs per week and it slowed to 1lb. The dr said I was losing too fast and wouldn’t prescribe the higher dose. Completely derailed my progress. Losing 1lb a week is what I can do without meds. You’re at their mercy on what you get. For the cost, it isn’t worth the hassle.

Everything was fine until my insurance requires a 90 day subscription. Several chats latter I am told: "This is our policy." I asked to see the change in their policy and was not provided it, nor does their website say anything about restricting prescription duration. Additionally, constantly chatting became a nuisance.

Notified them that I would need to transition to a 90 day supply as this is a requirement for my prescription coverage on April 24th, and was told they did not see any issues with this but would look into it and let me know. My subscription renewal date was on May 11th. I was informed on May 12th that they could not prescribe the medication in a 90-day supply. Nothing but a money grab. Money over people like most corporations now.

This company is billing me as hoc even thought I cancelled. They say “oh, we auto fill” but I had to request my medication. Guess what? They billed me for a service I cancelled and didn’t request. They won’t give me my money back and hilariously they didn’t even send the package. That sounds like a crime, right? They’ll go out of business soon but I want all of you to know that you are making a big mistake if you utilize this company. So many other ways to get medication to help with weight loss.

I really think it is unethical to start people on medication that you KNOW you will never be able to stock. I am paying out of pocket for my ZEPBOUND plus a $90 per month WW fee all the while you knew there was a shortage from the beginning yet still suggested it. I have had great results with this medication but now I can’t get it anywhere. I certainly cannot up my doses as is intended. There was a care coordinator who spoke openly on another forum and said that you are all well aware of this situation but basically can do nothing to help. That is deceptive. When you cannot get the medication YOU suggested you should refund or at the very least pause the monthly fee until you are able to deliver. Obesity is a serious issue for people enough so that we are willing to pay nearly $650 a month and you are taking advantage of some very desperate people. It’s downright despicable.
