I signed up before WW took over. The service was impeccable and quick. However, I’ve noticed that now I am a legacy customer, the service has gone downhill. I end up having to repeat what I’m asking to my Care coordinator multiple times over the course of several days, so nothing happens quickly. It wasn’t like this before. Now I feel like I need to confirm and verify fourth times before anything actually happens. I end up copying multiple messages and sending them back to my coordinator.
Plus, I’m not really sure what I’m paying money for? I don’t see them working that hard for me outside of the initial getting the insurance coverage. I am rethinking my membership. And I can’t help but think that everything went downhill when they were taken over by a larger group. Shame on you WW .
