“Back in 2019, my life changed drastically. My son got sick and I was forced to quit my job and become a full time caretaker. I rapidly gained 22lbs and it gradually crept up to 40lbs. Over the last 3 years, I have tried every weight loss plan and exercise program that I’ve ever heard of. My sister told me about Sequence. With the support and guidance of the doctor, dietitian and everyone employed by the program, I have been able to lose 30+ lbs on the program. I couldn’t be happier with the program.”

“This program makes it so easy to find obesity medications. Within a week of signing up I picked up my prescription at the pharmacy. I have tried quite a few telehealth providers for various things and by far this has been the best!”

“10/10 would recommend sequence to anybody needing help with losing weight. I gained some weight back that I had lost after having weight loss surgery. I felt defeated and stuck and didn’t know that to do. That’s when I found sequence. Every single step of my journey with sequence has been simple and easy. I’m back down to my maintenance weight and I have everyone at sequence to thank for that!”

“just wanted you to know that my weight loss process has been going very well! My diet has been focused on eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, chicken, fish and lean protein rich meat (filet mignon) and sirloin. My daily exercise consists of swimming laps, treadmill, weight machines and recently started playing pickle ball at the Y. I’m very happy and grateful for your guidance and support on my journey to greater health. I also firmly believe this process has given me more happiness, motivation, self confidence and a very positive attitude I also would like to thank Dr. Smith and Taylor for providing me excellent information, guidance, support and a plethora of professional and knowledge in everything needed to obtain a successful weight loss process”

“My doctor has gone above and beyond to make sure the medicine is working with my body. Between requesting blood work and following up regularly, I feel more comfortable than going to my regular doctor. I’ve lost 70 pounds in a year and it’s all thank to the direction my doctor chose for my body, health, and reaction. Sequence has changed my life and so happy to have my life back!”

“Very easy to work with and they really do their best to get the medication you want covered by insurance. Dr. Floyd pointed out my high sugars in my blood work - my primary care physician didn’t even mention it. Lena R. Was a pleasure to work with and great with follow up”

“Sequence was one of the best things to happen in my life. They made the process so easy and the staff was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Every single person was so responsive, insightful, helpful, encouraging, knowledgeable and just an all around pleasure to work with. I simply cannot say enough good things about sequence. I admit I was a little skeptical about “seeing” a doctor online, but I felt very well cared for the entire time. To me, the value was exceptional for the service I received. Thank you sequence!”

“I am very happy with the Sequence program. I didn't know what to expect when I first joined but I found out that the staff has been very professional and helpful every step of the way. I am on a weight loss program and I've lost 35 pounds so far. Thank you for everything. I plan on posting a video review once I reach my goal weight.”

“Melissa my Care Coordinator is absolutely AMAZING! She has a dream to work with. She always makes sure I am doing well, inquires if I need anything or if I am having any issues. Just an amazing person and I am blessed to have her as part of my care team. Dr. Stephanie Phillips is also an absolute dream to work with. She also makes sure if you are doing well or if you have any concerns or side effects that need to be addressed. She is expeditious when asking for a refill or change in dosage. I definitely made the right decision in joining Sequence and I am so incredibly blessed to have such an amazing team helping in my journey. Dr. Stephanie Phillips and Melissa are my Angels on Earth”

“I have PCOS and have struggled with my weight my entire life. I have never been able to successfully lose weight with any other diets, exercise programs, or medications. With sequence I have been able to lost over 60 pounds in a years time. I couldn’t be happier! My doctor and my care team are so helpful and responsive- I couldn’t be happier!”

“I can’t thank the sequence team enough for the care and compassion they have each given me. Everyone has not only cheered for me each step of my journey but they truly care. Andy , Stephanie and the others have always taken time to not only follow up but help set goals. My first goal was to lose 10 pounds and then to walk a 5k. I just completed my 17th run and have transitioned into jogging/ run. I have worked with a nutritionist and learned healthier eating habits . I feel better than I have felt in over 10 years and never want to look back! Thank you again to the entire team for giving me my health and life back !!”

“I can not say enough about the Sequence team! From the start they worked hard with my insurance company, kept me updated, and guided me into this weightloss journey. “The physician and care team have been top notch, so much more personal care than I expected from what some might see as “telemedicine “. This is definitely a step above ad it truly is personalized care. My dietician appointments have also provided more valuable information than expected! This goes beyond what you can find just reading articles online! I feel that my team is invested in my health, which is what I was looking for!”
