“Extremely disappointed at length of time I waited for arrival of item. Was a 40th gift for my goddaughter ordered in plenty of time and arrived 10 days after her birthday. Will not order anything again from JJ.”

“Shocking customer service. Good quality product when eventually arrived. No contact from company after many requests about missing product, didn’t answer phones. When finally stated wanted money back, gained contact. Ordered 5th December product finally arrived Christmas Eve in post. Understand post was delayed but many other items purchased arrived by different companies arrived a lot sooner on post.”

“My order was despatched 6th December and arrived 23rd December this was supposed to be 48 hour tracked I completed an online form 2 weeks ago to check where the order was received the response to confirm received have yet to receive a reply No contact number on the website did find one on the web called and it cuts you off. I sent a message on messenger did get a reply stated to wait 18 working days for postage this is not the delivery guideline ps on your website says 3 to 5 It’s not just the fact the delivery was delayed it’s I had no way of checking where it was no tracking and for this reason I am out and will not order from you again. I also raised a PayPal dispute which was active for a week and did not get a response to, this has been closed as I received the item just in time for Xmas. Your products are good and reasonable priced it’s a shame the service does not match.”

“While I am perfectly happy with my purchase from Joshua James Jewellery, I must admit to being very disappointed with your customer service. I ordered my wife's xmas present on the 4th of December thinking it should be here in time. I work for the royal mail so I appreciate how busy things have been this year and especially this xmas, with massive back logs and a substantial amount of online orders being made by one and all. Apparently my item had been dispatched, as I had received an email informing me of this on the 6th December, so I wasn't panicking. Yet having still not arrived and there being no tracking number to trace, I contacted the company on the 22nd or 23rd checking that it had definitely been sent, received an automated response and have still not received any formal response (30th December). Thankfully the jewelry arrived on the 24th. Cheers”

“I belive they lied about despatch so much so I reordered the items that did not arrive in 13 days only to get a delivery from them on 48 hrs service that I had not requested the contempt for there customers is beyond contempt. Shop elsewhere.”

“I received three separate items they where lovely but unfortunately I ordered a braclet and charm the charm arrived but no braclet that was over a week ago tried phoning tried emailing no reply. It was a Christmas present which I couldn’t give. If my braclet had arrived or someone would get back to me it would of been 5 stars”
