“We bought a Samsung 43 inch tv which happens to be defective..jumia hasn't refunded the money...this is a dent to your image if you fail to refund...its pitiful that jumia has the worst customer service..i request immediate refund”

“as a buyer and a seller , i have a very bad experiments with them and they have lot off problems in handling items ,expenses ,customer services , vendors services , service quality , i can buy from another companies the same items and lower prices due to huge amount of expenses the sellers carry ,so they must raise the prices to overcome these expenses .”

“Do not buy anything from them. I purchased 2 weeks in January 2020 at a cost of R649😢I have not recieved the wigs or even my money. Worst customer service, no straight answer, no feed back, no resolutions, my money just dissapeared and dont know God to follow up anymore”

“I have been using Jumia since 2018 & not once did I face a problem. My advice would be do not purchase a 20 EGP AirPods & expect it to work like the original one. There are LOADS of products and choices for all categories, choose wisely and you will not get disappointed for sure!”

“موقع سئ ..لا يوجد اى نوع من المصداقية قمت بشراء جهاز طبى لقياس النبض منزله الاستعمال بقيمه ٦٧٢ جنيه منذ اكثر من شهرين مع الأسف بعد الاستلام مباشره وجدت الجهاز لا يعمل فأبلغتهم عن طريق ميل و تليفون بالغنى موظف خدمه العملاء انه سيرسل احد المندوبين لاسترداد الجهاز على ان يقوموا بتجربته و إذا تحققوا من انه لا يعمل فسوف يقوموا بإرسال قسيمه بنفس القيمه للشراء بها منذ اكثر من شهرين والى الان تجاهل تام لكل رسائلى على الرفم من انهم قاموا بتغيير حاله الشراء إلى رد القيمه مما يعنى انهم تحققوا من انه لا يعمل إلى اليوم لم تصل فارسى و لا اي قسيمه ؟؟؟؟ فغلا مهزله!!! تجاهل للعميل و كمان عدم رد حق العميل ماليا لا النصح احد بالشراء من هذا الموقع لعدم المصداقية”

“It is the worst site to buy from .Not recommended at all. I bought Medical item through them in Feb .it was not working. I have informed them and they deliver it promising to refund money EGP 672 or provide me with voucher to use it to buy another items Actually didn’t received my money, I have sent several mails, they ignore it and not replying .till now didn’t get my money after 2 months It seems that they do not care about the customer or their names Take care ..don’t buy from them Worst site ever. Bad service”

“Very poor customer service. I got a defected item and they did replace nor listen to my compliment. Most of the time they will sell you Chinese stuff. I won’t recommend people buying from them at all. DO NO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Franchement ce n’est pas une bonne company. Je n’ai plus rien acheté ici. Vous devez franchement avoir honte!! Vous êtes très malhonnêtes et vous ne vous souciez pas de vos clients.”

“إشتريت إسكرينه للساعه.. المفروض جواها ٥ قطع مفيهاش غير قطعه و القطعه دي فيها مشكله بتدخل تحتها هوا. الواحد سمع و قرأ كتير عن سوء منتجات چوميا لكن طلع فعلاً صحيح.. Never again.”

“رغم ان جوميا من اكبر الشركات التسويق الاكتروني في مصر لكن برضة يعتبر لحد دلوقتي نظامها ضعيف 👎خصوصا في مجال خدمة العملة و خدمة ما بعد البيع و اسواء ما فيها jumia pay اشتريت منتج في شهر نوفمبر و بسبب غلطة عندهم معرفوش يوصلوا و انا كنت دافع الفلوس عن طريق jumai pay و الفلوس رجعتلي في ٢٣ يناير يعني بعد تقريبا ٣ شهور😱 و المشكلة ان ملهمش رقم اتصل بي🙁 مكنش قدامي حل غير الميل و الشات علي ماسنجر و كل شوية واحد يكلمني و يقولي هنحولك الفلوس و ابعتلهم بياناتي الشخصية اكتر من مرة و انا مش عارف هما مش عارفين يحولها علي الفيزا و لا بيكسلوا و كل شوية يقولواي بيانات غلط 🤬😡 طب غلط ازاي ى انا شغال بيها و استلمت الفلوس من البريد بعد معاناه😤 خلاصة الكلام بلاش تتعامل مع jumia pay، حاول تتاكد ان المنتج الي هتجيبة مش هترجعة عشان متتسوحش التسويحة السودة😓”

“What hasn't gone wrong!!! Pathetic service all around a minimum of 10 calls from them just to get 1 meal. Takes minimum of 2 hrs to get your food if you are lucky. The restaurants don't appreciate your business. 40 min after I ordered I get a call telling me they have nothing available. You ask for no pepper cause you are allergic. Food arrives soaked in pepper! Horrible service all around!”

“Jumia Ghana is the woooorst ever. I paid for an item only to be given fake and non-functional one. I just thought it was the delivery guy who duped me but my second order is the also terrible. Jumia is not trustworthy at all. I think this is my very last deal with these non serious people.”

“I ordered a 32 inch Digital Satellite TV and paid via Mobile money on the 15/11/19. In few days time, their systems sent me message that my order is cancelled when i never cancel the order, the system also sent me a message to disregard a cancellation message sent earlier. when i login to my Jumia account, it says money refunded and order cancelled. WHAT A CONFUSED SYSTEM. My item is still not delivered. My money has not been refunded and i keep calling for days now only for them to keep telling me we are sorry. I don't advise any body to patronize Jumia in Ghana or elsewhere. Please don't buy from them, for me they are FRAUD. Customer call center is also annoying and not Professional, with voice interactions instead of an agent talking to Us. They don't respect customer complains.”

“JUMIA Egypt customers service team are just liars, careless.. Their concept is hit and run..the product I bought is defective and unguaranteed..I did make a complaint and no response.. I m not a recent customer to face that mess up.. It's a big mistake to deal with JUMIA Egypt”
