Order malfunctions and NO response when emailed and called left me frustrated. I had to drive to your office to get order corrected. Last order was much better.

Did not come as advertised. Did not have full-length dividers. Did not have fur-lined valuable pocket, only plain nylon with no lining at all. Was acceptable for the money spent. Just golf gave $20 credit towards next purchase

In general I'm happy but I asked for help in returning this item and never received an answer to what I asked. I ended up giving up and I have a product that I would never have bought if I saw it in person.

Outfit was as described but I had to return it because it was too tight around the hips. Return was easy and refund received quickly

Wrong color received. I received a black unstead of a grey one. I deceided ro keep it bécasse to complicated to ship it back

This jacket was disappointing because of the sizing. Medium was too big in looks and feel even with a vest underneath. So I sent it back and got a small. Small is ok by itself but can’t fit a vest underneath.

The deciding factor to buy these shoes was that there was a reference to the Bounce shoe comfort. I thought they would be as comfortable, but no luck there. I asked to return but shipping was over $40.00 for the two pair. I ended up buying orthotics for $40.00 instead.

We ordered a 30 × 30 blue pant but received a 32 × 30 pant. It was a gift that was sent out of the country. I subsequently bought a black pant from you, the right size was sent.

I didn't receive what I purchased. You advertised 3 dozen Srixon golf balls, 1 dozen each of white, green and pink, I received 2 dozen white and 1 dozen green.

To be honest, the (lack of) service was not good. This was second time that I had to inquire 3 times before order arrived. I guess you guys are getting to busy to handle the business. Maybe time for me to find another venue.
