“I would like to commend the excellent customer service provided to me today. I booked my appointment today (Friday) around 11:00 a.m. and within an hour my items were picked up. Your service representatives - Mike and Jack were prompt, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Their customer service skills were beyond reproach. It would be my pleasure to refer Just Junk to anyone looking to have any unwanted items from their homes removed. The cost of the service was well worth it. It saved me the inconvenience to carry fairly heavy and bulky items to the dump. Keep up the great work and Keep Safe!”

“Chris and Mitch showed up to take away my “junk” on May 7, 2020. They were on time after previously contacting me to let me know when they were coming. They were able to provide a reasonable quote quickly and when the price was agreeable, got to work straight away. Both were friendly, courteous, professional & efficient! I would definitely recommend their services!”

“We first met Jeff when we had him come to put in our patio 6 yrs. ago. They did an excellent job. We then had them come 2 years ago to re-sod our front lawn and put in a rock garden. Again, we had absolutely no complaints. I just had Jeff's Junk come today to take a lot (!) of furniture since we are moving out of a 2-storey house into a condo. They earn everyone of the 5 stars I rate them at. Friendly, courteous, punctual, very careful with no bangs or scratches on walls and the price is reasonable for the job they did. And the best part is the furniture they took is going to help those who are trying to get back up on their feet with affordable housing. It is definitely a win-win! We have them booked to come at the end of the month after the move to remove any remaining junk that must be disposed of. I would recommend them any time. And Kelly who was the contact person I dealt with was great to deal with. Nothing was an imposition and she always answered my questions. She never got frustrated with my "one more picture" that I sent her of items to be moved. Koodos to Jeff, Todd and Josh for a job done well. Thank you!”

“Just junk is really good, they took my stuff, the phone operator is super nice quoted me 270, came to 255 so that is good. I ask the driver how much to take this if someone doesn't get it, he told me it takes 1/3rd truck or 320$ for future reference. Highly recommended!!”

“Calgary Just Junk! Are fabulous!! I am a return customer and had them out to remove a recliner. They initially overcharged me for the removal and when I filled out the customer survey saying I thought it was an overcharge they contacted me immediately to say yes it was overcharged. They refunded my money immediately! Thanks Just Junk keep up the great customer service.”

“Renovating my apartment is fun. The demolition was minimal but there was heavy and awkward items better left to the professionals to remove and discard. The price was SO inexpensive at $108 + gst when you compare our time, backaches, fuel to and from the dump and the fee of a minimum $25 just to leave the junk at the dump. WORTH EVERY CENT!! Thiis our 2nd time needing JustJunk. Polite moving people. Awesome price! Peace of mind. Thanks again guys!!”
