“Two gentlemen came to my apartment to give me a quote to remove two pieces of heavy awkward furniture. When they first gave me a quote, it was too high for me to justify. So, the kind young man worked with me to reduce it to a price I could handle. Then with great dispatch, and to my amazement and relief, they took the two pieces out of my apartment. They were courteous and kind. Thank you”
