“I am really thankful, for the excellent support that Ms. Uzma & Ms. Anmol extended on my query. However, I am extremely upset with the behavior exhibited by Ms. Sanjana. In the recent shoot themed on Women and their sentiments held at RV studio. Ms. Sanjana had assured the lehenga would reach us the next day however, inspite of waiting there were no updates on it and on inquiring Ms. Sanjana was very abrupt and rude on saying that my Lehenga will not be covered in the video and hangup directly. Secondly on calling back again she seems to make me realize that she did a favor by arranging the pick up for my lehenga by a rickshaw. It comes to me as a big surprise as being a customer, I and my mom kept aside all our work and came down all the way to the other corner of the city on just a single call. Eventhough there was no expectation from our side, the least I could ask was for was a pick for my heavy Lehenga. Looking at the lanky pick up guy, I was concerned about it getting all drenched and soiled in the heavy rain as he did not have a company transport. Thirdly, interacting with her all throughout made me realize that she has been extremely manipulative in her talks and kept making statements without checking the facts. I had confirmed my timing for 4.30 PM inspite of that Sanjana made a remark for some mishaps as, as per her I was supposed to reach at 1.30 PM but was late. The shoot is happening for your team, you came up with the idea and we as loyal customers extended our support and this is what comes back to us. I have always loved your brand and recommended my friends in Raheja circle, but this incidence has really shook my trust and has left me in a state of shock. It has only made me go mad on Ms. Sanjana, if only she could control her volume when she speaks to the customer. The last I look up to is receiving my Lehenga as promised for today, 28th July,2016 before 5.00 PM. Regards, Shraddha”

“I bought a dress of 2000$ with specific instructions on the length of the dress. The dress is almost an inch longer than my measurements. It is very disappointing because I reached out to the customer service to ensure that this was taken care of.”

“The website is user friendly and there is an option to call/chat with a representative which is very convenient. After my order was shipped, I received notifications via email through out the shipping process until it was delivered. My saree was well packaged and it arrived without any damage. The color looks exactly like in the picture. Good customer service and quality products, would definitely recommend this site.”

“I received my order with in 3 weeks after I placed the order. Quality of the product along with quality of the tailoring is excellent. I am very pleased with my dresses. Everything looks exactly the same as it does on the website. Size was perfect according to the measurements I gave. I would definitely order again future.”

“A very good collection. I found the best range of sarees here. Bought my bridal lengha and it is very beautiful and very unique. The salesman with us was also very cooperative. Overall a very good experience and would definitely recommend it to all.”
