“I loved the fabric and the stitching ! V beautiful for a ready made blouse , the red is more on the darker side and the gold lace gives a class apart uplift to the whole look ! I'm very happy with my purchase !”

“I placed the order on August 1st. Then I get an email asking me if I wanted the blouse stitched. I made a call from USA to informed them that it was already mentioned on the order that I needed the blouse fabric. Then, I was informed by an employee that it would be shipped on August 10th. I did not receive any notification that it was being shipped informing me of the tracking number. Ultimately it was returned as the contact person was not available at teh time. Recevied another email, I informed them to leave it with the security. Till August 15th it was not delivered. Finlly called again and that is when a young lady Saloni acutally tried to help me. Finally it was delivered on August 17th. Guess what the person whom it was gifted to did not like the sari as according to the receiver said it looked very nice in the photograph but physically the saree was very gaudy. I would appreciate it, if the receiver would be allowed to visit your Santa Cruz retail outlet and be allowed to exchange it.”

“I LIKED MY GREY LEHNGA -COAT CHOLI ----ALTHOUGH BY MISTAKE SLEEVELESS CHOLI WAS SEND. I was told grey matching cloth sleeves will be send i am waiting for them. the 2nd order brown black lehnga is okay ---but brown cloth is dead looks like cotton--and black Choli quite boring net sleeves do not look nice. i am getting a new blouse made through a friend to wear with that Lehnga. i learned better to buy at stores you can see --in pictures it looks different. The KALKI staff is best ever--all of them email or on phone 5 stars to them. best wishes kosar Aftab virginia u.s.a.”

“Misleading in advertising. For some outfit, the stitching work were not done by the professional, likewise the inspector, if there is any, fail to exam the quality. Ask customer to return on their own---to UPS office, packaging, paying.... And you only want to pay a $15 discount to future purchase for the compensation. I assure you the way of your treating people will lead you to fail here, the real world of humane.”

“Communication after the purchase is very good, i.e. tracking the package etc. However, the actual quality of the merchandise was below standard for the price paid. I was expecting much better quality material and work on the dress. I gave it to my daughters friend instead of keeping it for myself.”
