“I bought two bags, a travel rucksack and a cross body bag. The rucksack was excellent for my recent holiday and initially I loved the crossbody bag. Looks very stylish and perfect size for my X100 VI camera. I would have given 5 stars but after only a couple of times taking it out the top part has started peeling off the brown layer to reveal the white underneath. This was done with out dropping it or scraping it and I've been very careful with the bag because it's a stylish piece that I don't want to use as an everyday bag. It's really disappointing and I've now seen a couple other reviews complaining about this. I would ideally like to exchange it for a new one if I'm just unlucky with a poorly made version of the bag or a refund if this is a known issue across the whole line.”
