“Absolutely rubbish. The delivery is slow and product is faulty. The customer service is very unhelpful. I am asking for a refund instead of a replacement (super slow delivery) and the customer service refused to help but claimed the shipping has been processed (which is not the case).”

“Gorgeous bag, amazing quality. Said on website it fit a 16inch laptop but tag on bag said 14inch? Haven't started new job yet so not sure if laptop will fit. Shipping was delayed also which wasn't ideal”

“I have waited 2 weeks for my order and still not received it. Kapten say it's left their warehouse but courier tracking shows it's not been received. On top of this I am now receiving "we're glad you're loving our product" emails when I am yet to receive it. Don't trust this company.”
