“My experience at Karen Willis Holmes was definitely one to remember. Not only because I found my dream dress, but for the care, support, effort, versatility and curtesy I was offered in my appointment in store. I was greeted by the lovely Denisa who took me through all of the KWH collections, the process and what the brand was about. Then attended to by the lovely Beth who made me feel so comfortable trying on the dresses even though some of them were snug. The options and tailored approach that KWH offers is like no other! The BESPOKE collection has so many variations of bodices and skirts, the number is unlimited. So it feels that much more special to be able to make your dream wedding dress really yours. They offer slight variations and an alterations service as well if you decide to purchase. I’d also like to note it was the only store that offered ample space for changing into the dresses, and chairs for guests; as well as a coat hanger for your personal clothes instead of having to place them on the floor. It was also a longer appointment at 1 hour 15 minutes which meant I could take my time to see myself in the dresses compared to other store who only book appointment for 45 minutes.
The fitting appointments went really well too! My seamstress was Susan who is very knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable in my gown. The dress was very well made and my alterations/additions and changes were perfect! I couldn’t think of a better dress experience!
I’d definitely recommend KWH to any friends looking to get married. They offer something for all brides, their experience is unbeatable, price point is so reasonable, the gowns are made in Australia, and the retail staff are so lovely to deal with. I cannot wait to wear my dream wedding dress!”

From my very first dress consultation in early 2021, throughout the dress fittings/alterations process and finally picking up the dress, I felt I was in good hands… even while having to navigate covid lockdowns and a wedding postponement! The staff at KWH Armadale are warm, friendly, professional and beyond helpful. I particularly appreciated the team’s assistance turning around my alterations in record time as soon as we came out of lockdown (while still maintaining their usual exceptional quality).
