“Amazing gowns, helpful staff, personalised service and incredible quality. Karen Willis Holmes was the only place I went to try-on dresses. It took 1 try-on appointment and 1 fitting to get my perfect dress. I would highly recommend them to everybody!”

“All the staff at KWH were exceptional. I felt so welcomed and appreciated how above and beyond my stylist went to make me feel incredible in the gowns. The attention to detail and confidence they gave me when trying on wedding dresses was unlike anything else I've experienced. “I had two other bridal appointments elsewhere before coming to KWH and neither of the previous appointments compared to the experience I had at KWH. I had a great time and fell in love with two dresses I still can't decide between. I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful boutique. You won't regret it! :)”

“Right from clicking the confirmation button when I booked my appointment I have felt so much love from everyone I spoke with. During Covid, I had to reschedule and they were so quick and dedicated to help. They whole experience has been so positive. My stylist spent so much time with me and worked with my body type. Loved her. And everyone there was positive and gave excellent feedback to help me find my dream dress. They’ve shared care instructions and were very meticulous to make the dress perfect. “My dress was stunning and everything I had hoped for thanks to Karen Willis Holmes. I cannot thank Lucy enough from KWH Sydney for helping me find my perfect dress and for being so lovely and supportive when I came on my own to my first appointment. The staff of KWH Sydney went above and beyond for me. They moved my fitting appointments to before their opening hours and altered my dress in 2 days, as I had flown from Tasmania to collect my dress. Thankyou KWH for my beautiful dress and veil.”

“My experience at Karen Willis Holmes was definitely one to remember. Not only because I found my dream dress, but for the care, support, effort, versatility and curtesy I was offered in my appointment in store. I was greeted by the lovely Denisa who took me through all of the KWH collections, the process and what the brand was about. Then attended to by the lovely Beth who made me feel so comfortable trying on the dresses even though some of them were snug. The options and tailored approach that KWH offers is like no other! The BESPOKE collection has so many variations of bodices and skirts, the number is unlimited. So it feels that much more special to be able to make your dream wedding dress really yours. They offer slight variations and an alterations service as well if you decide to purchase. I’d also like to note it was the only store that offered ample space for changing into the dresses, and chairs for guests; as well as a coat hanger for your personal clothes instead of having to place them on the floor. It was also a longer appointment at 1 hour 15 minutes which meant I could take my time to see myself in the dresses compared to other store who only book appointment for 45 minutes. The fitting appointments went really well too! My seamstress was Susan who is very knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable in my gown. The dress was very well made and my alterations/additions and changes were perfect! I couldn’t think of a better dress experience! I’d definitely recommend KWH to any friends looking to get married. They offer something for all brides, their experience is unbeatable, price point is so reasonable, the gowns are made in Australia, and the retail staff are so lovely to deal with. I cannot wait to wear my dream wedding dress!”

“I had a wonderful experience as a bride with the KWH Armadale team. From my very first dress consultation in early 2021, throughout the dress fittings/alterations process and finally picking up the dress, I felt I was in good hands… even while having to navigate covid lockdowns and a wedding postponement! The staff at KWH Armadale are warm, friendly, professional and beyond helpful. I particularly appreciated the team’s assistance turning around my alterations in record time as soon as we came out of lockdown (while still maintaining their usual exceptional quality). Highly recommended!”

“I had a wonderful time at the Alexandria store today with the help of Bethany ! She was helpful and honest when assisting me with dress fittings, and made me feel very comfortable throughout.
