“The girls at KWH Melbourne were all totally awesome from start to finish. So so helpful and just lovely. Made me feel really special. My dress was absolutely perfect I felt so comfortable all day and everyone loved it. It was exactly what I dreamed of, I couldn’t have asked for more. “I know of brides who go to a few bridal houses to try different styles. However, I knew that KWH would be the right place for me, I have always loved their distinct style. It was the only place I went to, I found Justine on the website and I just loved the lace and the subtle beauty of the dress. I was very lucky that it was a dress that suited me too.I was incredibly happy with how I looked in the dress, the pictures were beautiful, the intricate details of the lace! It really was a piece that fitted with everything. It was also comfortable, not what I would expect from a wedding dress! I was told that I am only the second person, to date, that have purchased Justine. She is a special piece, and I will always treasure this dress. A special shout out to Erin and Katelin(my seamstress) from the Armadale branch. You were both amazing and made the whole experience so relaxed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“The whole KWH experience was beautiful, stress free and simply amazing. I cannot thank the whole KWH team enough. From your website, to booking an appointment online, you rang me ahead of the appointment, as I was travelling interstate, you welcomed my 5 friends, let me try on beautiful gowns, gave us tips on the best places to eat in Melbourne, guided me on the purchase process, arranged fittings in another state and made the whole thing happen in time for my special day. The dress was way over my expectations in terms of fabric and fit. I have never had so many compliments. My only regret was that I didn’t thank you soon enough but then we all know what happened in 2020!”

“As a larger size, I felt so vulnerable when I began wedding dress shopping, but walking into the KWH boutique in Armadale was like being wrapped in a warm hug. The ladies were so kind, so sweet and so conscious of making me comfortable that before long I was laughing and having the time of my life. We found the most perfect dress and I was more confident on my wedding day than I'd ever been. Would highly recommend adding the KWH team to your bride tribe!”

“I could not thank the girls at the Armadale boutique in Melbourne enough. From my first visit to my emergency check in fitting in December after my wedding was postponed twice due to COVID, Sabrina, Celeste and Katelin were all so amazing. They provided such great advice (especially when I was a little undecided about two gowns) and made sure I stayed true to myself throughout the whole process. Special mention to Katelin - she is so lovely, an amazing seamstress and made me feel so comfortable and confident in my Rylie gown. I finally got married last Saturday. My gown was so easy to wear - I could move from the vineyard to the upstairs bridal suite and the dance floor without a second thought. I have never felt more beautiful, and received so many positive comments from all of the guests. The dress was definitely one of the main talking points! And most importantly to me, my new husband absolutely loved the gown! I could not recommend Karen Willis Holmes more highly x”

“The ARIA grown wasn't just any gown, it was my 1st & only choice. I have never felt more beautiful then I did on my wedding day in my Karen Willis Holmes gown. I added the ALICE train for a dramatic entry into the church & I felt like a princess. Sabrina & the ladies at KWH Melbourne were the sweetest, most understanding & helpful ladies I could ever have wished for when choosing the most important gown i'd ever wear. I felt privledged to wear a KWH gown & to tell people where my got my gown from felt like an honour. I honestly felt like my gown chose me. If i could give more than 5 stars I totally would.”

“The entire experience with Karen Willis Holmes NYC was a dream. I was anxious about shopping so first came alone: the staff were so patient, they listened so carefully, they made me feel so comfortable and I left feeling so excited with multiple options on my shortlist! Through the final selection and fitting process, Stephanie was extraordinary. She was so knowledgeable and really took time to make sure she understood my vision which meant she could bring her own ideas (in the kindest and most useful way). She was honest (so important!), but in a way that I felt empowered and confident. She also had a lovely sense of humour and personality, which was wonderful given how stressful the wedding process can be. On top of all of this, the boutique is also beautiful. I couldn't recommend KWH more highly - the experience was perfect.”
