“You write that the couriers have been unable to deliver! your goods and as a result your order has been returned to sender. That is not true! I tried to follow my goods, but was not able to do so. My order is from 6 Oktober. and on Oktober 12 you send me a mail that the couriers have been unable to deliver? KARR40000030249774”

“These are my first pair of Karrimor and I am very happy to say that after placing the initial order, my purchase was shipped and delivered very quickly. The ability to track the progress of my purchase meant that I knew exactly when expect delivery. My Karrimor ksb Kinder boots fitted perfectly straight out of the box. They we're worn throughout the following day without any sign of stress or tiredness, a good indication that these boots will comfortably serve me for some time! Peter Boggis.”

“I had order a pair of shoes and a rucksack. The rucksack was out of stock and then you cancelled this item of the order and you sent the pair of shoes. I had no opportunity to look for a rucksack that was available. Consequently, I have to order another rucksack and pay two times the delivery to Germany.”
