“I bought 3 product and your customer service send me 2 product and they said one jacket is out of stock.But they didnt ask me my chose.After that I sent mail and I said dont payback me money and send another fleece and still I want another fleece.But your customer service still didnt answer my mail.If you dont fix my problem I will never chose Karrimor again. Thank You”

“I ordered Karrimoor 150cm boot laces (good price) on Friday morning with next day delivery (checked Saturdays were included) and the items arrived by yodel (tracked) Saturday just after lunch :) excellent. I did notice that my old boot laces were just short of 200cm however the new 150cm laces do fit (just). Recommended :)”

“Ive bought t-shirts from karrimor and the fabric is at superb quality.Also bought a rucksack and the price is good and satisfy with the quality,but courier to Malaysia taking long time to arrive and almost 2 weeks of waiting but everything arrive in good condition..Will be buying again in the future..????”

“Back in the 70's Karrimor was No 1, it went through a dodgy patch but now I think the gear and service is up there again with the best, especially the top end of the ranges. I've bought a fair bit of kit over the last three years, boots, Hike tents, fleeces,fire steels, trousers and jackets, not just for me but some of mys scouts and troop gear. Not one complaint from anybody and their service from the web site is excellent!”
